The food is quite tasty. The deals are great for taco Tuesdays. You’ll immediately want to get up and dance to the salsa music.

They could have easily made two bathrooms out the one they have.

The scenery is very festive and their prices are reasonable. Definitely good place to go early before the crowd.

Restaurant week. First time to this little treasure on Main Street. Parking lot in the back of the restuarant along with off street parking. Food delicious and staff very friendly and inviting. Only improvement is the amount of chicken for the fajitas but I do understand it was restuarant week 2018. The freshly made Empanadas was uber delicious. I will be back.

First time there, cute place, friendly staff. Their taco menu was confusing when constructing your own tacos. I ordered their guacamole and it was good. For me I needed to have some hot sauce added. A large bowl of guacamole and 4 chips!!One strong recommendation would be to remove the foosball table from the bar area. I sat at the bar and was hit by the ball twice. I do not think it is a place for that game. You like to relax at the bar, without kids and noise. I would try again down the road.

Great new restaurant. My wife and had the tacos, enchiladas, queso, mushroom quesadilla and Homemade guacamole. The guacamole was particularly good.

Everything tasted great especially the drinks. The owner seems very attentive to his customers. Our waitress was great, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Food came out quickly.

We will definitely be returning close by and are excited to have another good restaurant near to home.

I went in with my grandparents and it was amazing. The inside was great, it was colorful, nice music being played and just a great atmosphere all around. Our server, Jackie, was very nice and funny. The foods presentation and flavor was great. We will definitely be back in the future.

We’ve been here three times and every time it’s been a blast with fantastic food and delicious craft margaritas. We ask to sit in Jackies (waitress) area and her smile is contagious and her service is the best. Her recommendations are right on. I recommend anything with their chicken (which is all marinated) and is sure to please. Jackie hooks us up with a trio of dips for the homemade tortilla chips that include home made salsa, fresh guacamole, and a chili con queso cheese dip. Serving a big portions. Hard not to ruin your appetite on the chips and dips alone. Tuesday $1 taco’s at the bar is a great time too. Where can you get 10 taco’s, a frozen Margarita, and have a good time with good people for less than $20. Answer…. Don Agave.
Try it. You’ll like it. And you’ll go again.

We were promptly greeted and seated by a hostess, but waited 20 minutes due to a staff shift change before being served water or chips on request. Anywhere else, those would have been served promptly without even asking.

The dining room was blaring Mariachi band music, loud enough to cover up the whining of the air conditioning, but not effectively. The diners at another table could be heard complaining about the music volume and the noise from the air conditioning.

The menu was uninspiring, just the standard Mexican dishes that could be found anywhere but the prices were much higher. There were no food specials, but the $3 house Margarita was great. Our waitress, Haley, was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She shared that the guacamole and salsa were made fresh daily, and they were good. Guacamole was abundant, served with both of our entrees. The corn chips were unsalted.

Our dishes were served hot and promptly, and the portions were generous. When my enchilada verde was served, she gave me an extra cup of salsa verde, explaining that she felt the kitchen didn’t put enough on it.

Overall, it was adequate, but I think they need to try harder to be creative with the menu and offer something unique to keep it interesting and worth returning. The wait staff need to deliver water and chips promptly without being asked, and the chef would benefit from a menu half the size with more creative choices. Buffalo has developed a much more varied mix of Mexican restaurants, so adding a new one that has average fare doesn’t seem compelling.

They were understaffed when we got there, but instead of letting us know this might be a problem, they gave us a table and had us wait 45 min while not even bringing us water, even after we asked several times. The table next to us ordered after we did, and got their food and drinks while we sat waiting.

They did give us chips and salsa when they seated us, but the salsa tasted like tomato paste. I’m pretty sure it was just tomato paste with some cilantro mixed in. Couldn’t wash the taste out of my mouth though, because each time we asked for water they just told us to “hold on” in kind of a rude way.

Also, their menu has this whole section of “Macsican” specialties. What is that? It feels a bit racist somehow, though I’m not sure against what group. It makes me think maybe they hired Yosemite Sam to design their menu.

We left after waiting 45 minutes. I’m giving them 2 stars instead of one because I know they’re new and were understaffed, but they’ve got a lot to sort out. The food the table next to us received did look good.

The atmosphere is very festive Livey colors and spacious. Our waitress was very bubbly and knowledgeable. We didn’t wait for anything. I cannot say enough about the chicken quesadilla. Not just grilled chicken. Marinated, juicy and savory. I’m used to getting dried out white meat. The menu does not so the flavors justice. Guacamole, queso and pico de galllo were outstanding. Can’t wait to go back.
