DOMU-when I drove up I wasn’t sure what type of restaurant this was so I looked it up and when I saw the menu, I knew I had to go in!

Leather chairs welcome you in sort of like going to a wine bar, with comfy oversized leather chairs and a refreshing ambiance.

The bar is very beautiful modern and has a great upscale dressy casual vibe!!

The bartenders were very welcoming and friendly and happy to talk about all of the menu choices.

I knew I was in the right place when someone was having a lychee martini and taking a to go order. I asked what was in the to go order and they said I come here all the time and this is my favorite Ramen dish:

RICHIE RICH
MISO – SHOYU PORK BONE BROTH, CHASHU, *AJITAMA BRULEE, KIKURAGE, SCALLIONS, FRIED GARLIC, BLACK GARLIC OIL, DOMUDAMA

I had to try that, so that’s what I ordered. WOW!! However, I couldn’t overlook the wings which everyone says are famous and their reputation for getting Michelin star noted ***is no exaggeration. These wings have the most incredible crispy texture and the flavor will make sure that you come back for more! I tried the original and opted into the seasonal honey hot just because I’m a spicy food lover, and they did not disappoint!

But the star of the show was definitely my Ritchie Rich Ramen noodle dish with the caramelized Brulé egg – they say a picture is worth 1000 words about the photos I’m putting up will be 10,000 words.

Part of the whole experience was my bartender Johnny. He made sure the food was impeccable the cocktails were sheer perfection and you could tell he takes pride in everything he does for this restaurant, the staff made sure everything was five star!

If you are near St. John’s town Center don’t miss the opportunity to eat at this awesome restaurant

My second visit here. I only remember ordering the wings last time and they were delicious. This visit I got the Richie Rich. A creamy broth with the pork meat. It’s a very hearty meal. Also got the Szechuan cucumbers as a side. Also delicious, mild heat.

We arrived at opening which is 5 pm which we were the first to be seated. Our server was attentive at first but got distracted at the end. We had to call on her to get a carry out container and check.

Dropped in for lunch on Valentine’s Day and my current wife was delighted with the choice of restaurant. We started with cocktails and the kimchi butter DOMU wings that were extra crispy and delicious. Then followed it up with two bowls of richie rich ramen. We sat at the bar and were able to place our orders with the bartender without any issues. Service was great. Food was incredible.

First time at DOMU.
Prompt greeting and seating.
Friendly and guided service.
Appetizer: cucumbers – perfect cuts, crunch and spice.
Main: Yuzu Shoyu – added egg brulee, beech shrooms, corn, and chili oil. Broth was perfect temperature and portioned well.
Dessert: sampled the soft serve ice cream flavor of the week – Dubai chocolate
Will be back for another bowl. Cheers.

I adore this place. I’ve come here twice after work so far and the ramen has been phenomenal both times. Everything feels intentional and luxurious even though the ramen itself is less than $20. The bartenders are all friendly and personable, they know the menu, and they all mix a good drink. It’s genuinely the kind of place I’d like to be a regular at.

Ended up getting the curry ramen mild with the wings!! I loved how the wings wwre hot, juicy, and had just the right crunch with the sauce bathed in them-very good! The curry ramen mild was just enough spice, and was also very filling. The broth was very flavorful I soaked it up with a side of rice!!

The women’s restroom was clean and well-organzied. The menu isn’t overwhelming, but a few more options in each category wouldn’t hurt!! Will definitely return. Hopefully, there will be some more options on their menu.

Literally one of the best Ramen places in Jacksonville. With that being said, the Ramen and drinks are great, but the DOMU wings with the kimchi butter sause are legendary. The atmosphere is great, kind of giving hipster vibes. But just order the wings, you won’t regret it.

We had such an incredible experience DOMU! My wife, her best friend, and I decided to try it out, and we were absolutely blown away. Everything we ordered was beyond delicious, from the flavorful wings and perfectly toasted buns to the rich and comforting ramen bowls. Their signature drinks were the perfect complement to the meal, adding even more to an already amazing dining experience. You can really taste the care and creativity in every dish and sip. The entire evening felt completely worth every penny, and we left already planning our next visit.

A top notch Ramen restaurant with good service. The tonkotsu was so good. I ordered a cucumber appetizer that hit the spot. My server was really nice and brought me everything I needed. I am glad I picked this one to go to.

Where to start? Let’s start with the twice fried wings. The plate comes with six wings for 14.00 which if they had been good I wouldn’t even complain about but they were horrible twice-fried? Yeah maybe for 25 minutes each frying because they were the driest wings I have ever had in my life. I got the Szechuan hot honey which were neither hot or honestly palatable other than the sweetness of the honey. When I say dry I mean Sahara desert dry on the inside Knott 1 oz of moisture left. Mind you I went here off of a wing recommendation for some of the best wings in Jacksonville. We were seated by a very nice hostess who failed to mention that they were working off the brunch menu and since you have to use your phone to scan the menu anyway we spent about 15 minutes looking through a menu that we couldn’t order off of. My girlfriend got the ramen which was actually fairly decent. She got a side of pork belly on the ramen and asked for it on the side and when it came it was in the tiniest little cup and I think that was about $5 if I remember correctly. The kimchi was decent and wasn’t anything that you couldn’t have gotten at any grocery store. We both ordered together and my order of wings came out about 10 minutes ahead of her food even though both of us ordered at the same time. The server was absolutely clueless and overall the experience was abysmal. Unless you’re just looking for a overpriced mediocre ramen I would just steer away from this place but that’s just my two cents.
