Got the Poké Bowl – Pick 2 for takeout and when I got back to eat it the contents of the bowl became smashed together. The Ramen Noodle soup was ok and the Orange Chicken Bowl did not have enough sauce on it. Everything was decent but there was something that could be better with all the dishes we had.

Paid for “POKE TUNA” got shredded tuna tossed in a bag I’m guessing for sushi?!?! because I ordered it to go. I’m appalled. Still Can’t believe it. “Poke Bowl” is called “Poke” for a reason!!! Now no one’s answering the phone at 9:18pm. They close at 9:30. So I can’t make it back in time. Beyond disappointed. Definitely won’t eat the shredded whatever! I’ll just have to bring it back to them in the morning and the demand a refund.

The food is EXTREMELY FRESH, the place is clean, the staff is wonderful and kind and even gave an explanation of the kiosk to first-timers (me and my friend), and the soy garlic spicy wings are NEXT LEVEL. I had a poke bowl (Pick 3) with tuna, salmon, and shrimp, with some mango and sweet Thai chili sauce and a couple of other items…everything was stellar! Strongly recommend this fine establishment — if you bring people, I recommend something like a group of four, as standard table setups seem to support 4 people.

I have never had any issues with this restaurant until today. I ordered online at 2:08 PM and when I went to get it about 15 minutes later, I stood at the counter for about 5 mins without anyone greeting me. So I walked down the other end of the counter to get their attention and finally after about another 5 minutes, they asked what I needed. I told him I was picking up an online order. The guy told me it was almost ready. I saw two of my Boba sitting off to the side. When my food was finally done, he gave me both Boba without lids. They were filled to the brim. I asked how was I supposed to drive home like that? He gave me an apologetic look and said “sorry our lids are broke”. Not only did it spill as soon as I touched it, But also during my commute home. a place as many napkins around the cups, but it spilled in my car. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the warm, half spilled boba and Luke warm food. I receive everything at approximately 2:47 PM. It took way too long to get what I ordered. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location anymore.

I ordered a poke bowl with tuna and salmon on top of sushi rice. I added seaweed salad, crab salad, roe, and avocado. Drizzled on top was Sriracha mayo. There we plenty of each ingredient in the bowl and it was very flavorful. Service on a Sunday around noon was welcoming and they prepared my poke bowl and a ramen bowl pretty quickly.

I ordered scallion chicken rice dish and orange chicken rice dish and my daughter and I came out of there with high blood pressure! The dishes were heavily salted. I was not impressed with the price and the quality of the food.
