Literally told the manager didn’t want to wake my kids up and he said his guy couldn’t carry the change I told him he could come and get the money go bsck to the store and bring back the change and he said I would rob them terrible customer service I was gonna leave his driver $20 keep in mind I only live 5 min away but previously stated my kids were asleep I didn’t want to have to wake them up as parents you understand. Keep in mind it’s lunch time around 11:00 when ordered and I was wanting to have pizza what they wanted for lunch today. I can tell that so called manager just by on the phone he doesn’t care one bit and that’s sad. The delivery driver had better customer service than him to say the least.

Good pizza. Parking lot was full and drive thru took 45 minutes to get through line to pickup preordered and pizza that was ready. Delicious just not worth 45 minutes wait after keeping track of pizza portal on app. Going on a holiday weekend is not a good idea

We had to have been the biggest income for this store the last two yrs. I have two young adults sons that live with me. My husband and I are always ordering as well. HUNDREDS a month and I mean hundreds. But I will never go back. The food use to be amazing. Fast service. Never any errors. Fresh. But it’s gotten worse and worse (as things usually do after grand openings). But we have had items not delivered. We’ve had old wilted and brown salads delivered. We’ve had cinnamon sticks COVERED in spilled sweet Jalepeno dipping sauce delivered. It was so covered it was soaked into the cardboard box. There was no way they didn’t know it happened. I could smell it before eating any of it. They were just too lazy to care. We’ve had over cooked/hard as a brick food delivered. We’ve had meat lovers with next to NO meat on it delivered. The last straw was tonight when I ordered and paid for it, and they called to tell me they didn’t even have a salad to give me. But they “couldn’t refund me”. Offered me a brownie. Well I don’t want a brownie. Not to mention, anything to cook means my other food that’s been done for 5-10 minutes already (according to the app) will be sitting for another 10 min to cook something else. And then still 10 minute drive to me. So I don’t want that option either unless they’ll make it all fresh. Which they won’t. They said they’ll just keep it in a warming bag . So he offers a credit to my account for the salad, which I thought was a solution but come to find out it can’t be used for online orders. OR call in orders. You have to come in and order in the line to get the credit. Well that’s not an option. So he just wanted to completely shaft me. I’m sick of this place getting it COMPLETELY wrong and making it MY problem to fix. I had to completely cancel the entire order to get the money back for the salad. But i didn’t reorder. I never will. That was the last time they get a dime.

I ordered 12 pizza’s to be picked up at 11 30 for a group of band camp students, the young man who helped me figure out how many I would need and worked with me on a price, the day that I needed them, I received a call from a band parent that we needed 2 more due to adding a few more students to the roster so I called and they were so kind and gladly added on

Ordered online for a delivery and I never received my delivery. I called once to report this to the store and was told that the app will show complete because it runs off of a timer and that my order should be here within 5 minutes. Waited 15 minutes to call back and then talked to a manager who then said that it had been delivered to the wrong house! I will give credit to the manager (who did not give out his name) that offered to remake my order or give a refund but since it had been over an hour since the order had been placed, I decided to get a refund and order from Pizza Hut

i just got a pizza (this is my second one this week) i think they were both made by Gaven. literally the best pizzas ive ever tasted. not greasy, overly burnt, or not enough sauce. everything was perfect. it also says he’s the manager and i know why!! thank you, Gaven!!

Edit 10/2/2024: well they have topped how bad it was to ill never eat here again. Not a big fan of a finger nail in my food!…The food has literally gotten to be so bad. Ordered the 5 cheese dip and it was cooked into a solid hard chunk. I’m done wasting my money at this below average establishment.
