Pizzas is good as always but they part of our order and said it would take 2 hours until the delivery guy could come again. So we walked a 40 minute round trip to get the rest of our order where they then gave us the wrong item. Everything was tasty but it too is almost 2 hours to get our order sorted.

Employees are very rude. I was standing in line for more than 5 minutes while the woman that was supposed to be at he cashier was play fighting with a male employee in the kitchen. The wait time to receive food was too long. I am definitely never coming back !

I am always amazed when asked to review a major fast food chain or gasoline stations as they are all pretty much the same. And the same thing applies to Domino’s Pizza. They all use the same cookie cutter recipe, and this one like the rest tastes the same. It’s clean and the staff are as happy as they can be considering whatever miserable pay they must receive. In summary, if you have eaten in a Domino’s before, expect more of the same.

Ok pizza – what you expect from a Dominos. However, when you order, you are sent an email guaranteeing it will be delivered within 30 minutes otherwise you don’t pay. The food arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes and was not hot. When telling the delivery driver that it should be complimentary and no charge and also showing the email which clearly states no charge, they refuse to hand over the pizza unless it is paid. Do not offer something unless you can follow up on it.

This is the worst Domino’s. They always arrive late (up to an hour) and still want you to pay for a cold pizza. They deliver the wrong pizza and blame the customer despite the confirmation email clearly stating what was ordered and then refuse to correct the order. They can’t get anything right. It’s a complete joke. Don’t order here.

Threw up 1 hr after eating a clearly old pizza. No other place was open on a Monday night, so this was the only option. I have not gotten sick for 6 years eating out in Mexico, until last night. Thanks Domino’s! Also, I had ordered a traditional crust pizza. The store called to check if I had ordered a cheese crust, I said no. They repeated the order to me (standard crust), so I figured all was well. Nevertheless, the pizza still came as cheese crust. I was famished so went ahead and ate the septic pie. Then the fireworks started. Please don’t sell old pizzas, please refrigerate your food, please make sure your workers wash their hands after going ‘pee pee’ or ‘poo poo’. I expect a little better from “The Best City in the 3rd World.”

Trying to support the community, I ordered a Reina large pizza from Domino’s. I received a regular pizza. When I called to complain the noise in the background was ridiculous and nobody was willing to hear about the mistake. There are many pizza makers in San Miguel and I will chose one of them in the future. Definitely not DOMINO’S.
