Employees are friendly and timely with orders. Order online for order accuracy. The one time I ordered by phone (due to app issues) the order was completely wrong and one person in my family couldn’t eat because of the error. There is also inconsistencies with the crust sometimes they put the seasoning and sometimes they don’t. My kids only eats the crust when it’s seasoned Great value for you money with Mix 2 or more coupon.

I’m a traveling chef from Texas & typically order Dominoes across the country because the deals are good & the quality typically is satisfactory. This has been my worst experience with them ever. Cold food, partially burnt sandwiche, it took over 80 minutes to get it & then they dropped it off in the hotel lobby. I wanted to tip the driver and let him know I wasn’t upset with him for the slow delivery, but he called to say I had to come down to get it & left. I won’t order from them again while in Alaska.

Ordered a pizza online, per the Domino’s tracker it left the oven about 10 minutes later. 20 minutes later it was still showing that it was in the quality check phase, and delivery would be another 47 minutes from then. 10 Minutes later the exact stats were listed, 15 minutes nothing changes. So I call the store to enquire why a single pizza is going to be 1:30-2 hour delivery. Employee tells me that the delivery driver is in the area, so I ask why does the tracker say different? Manager then picks up, asks AGAIN for my phone number, tells me “you are in luck, your pizza JUST came out of the oven”. I call bullshit and just cancel the order. DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I told them to cancel the order. Don’t order from these clowns, you will just somehow be in luck eventhough your pizza is 45+ minutes old at that point.

The quality of food was sacrificed for a speedy delivery and my experience with this domino’s definitely demonstrated that. The bread bites were soaked in oil and the marinara dip was awful. Didn’t taste a bit like marinara at all. (See photos) I was thoroughly ashamed for them for what they brought me and charged me for, it was quite pathetic.

This isn’t a mark against this location as much as it is on domino as a company. They are offering a limited time offer of 50% off a pizza. But also running a deal of 10.99 for a pizza. So my limited time earned reward of 50% off is useless. Why pay 18$ when they are only 10.99 right now. Stupid

MOVED TO NEW LOCATION BY SAFEWAY
The Valley Domino’s location has moved to Clinton Dr. which is over there in front of Safeway. It’s really a neat spot and I highly recommend just stopping by and checing them out. You can order by calling it in, going online (or the app) or walking in and placing your order which is what I usually do since they offer great carry out specials. Their pizza, sandwiches, desserts, and everything else is just really good and consistent.

They are always happy and helpful when calling the store or walking in. Accurate orders regardless of online or calling and always as pictured. When delivery is used they are quick and have little to no trouble finding my place or the random delivery spot I happen to be at such as a park or a friend’s house. Food is always hot, exactly as ordered and quick!!

I ordered 8 cinnamon breadsticks they are so hard I can’t even eat them, a Italian sandwich bread that look like it was just thrown together in this box more vegetables than there are meat very disappointed slightly burnt and 8 habanero wings.. the sauce very good the wings itself not done very disappointed in this whole meal will not be going back
