We often order pizzas here to feed middle school students for work days and parties. They always get our order right, they’re on time, and the location is super convenient. I’m grateful to have them just down the road.

They apparently have NO idea what good customer service is here. I tried to get a simple, very easy modification to my order, something that has NEVER been a problem at any other domino’s I’ve ordered from. Apparently, putting cinnamon instead of garlic on bites is too difficult and rocket science or something. Never a problem elsewhere, and tiny effort for a happy customer.
Their attitude regarding the whole situation was also really nasty. The guy on the phone acted as if answering the phone was the worst thing in the world, and the manager apparently just doesn’t care about satisfying customers very simple basic requests.
I wouldn’t have even reviewed if their attitude wasn’t so ignorant.

I always have the best customer service here but only at night, yesterday was my 3rd time i get pizzas early in the day and the same 3 times i get attended by Kayla, she has the most gross attitude every single time, the first time she was cussing that the machines weren’t working and throwing a tantrum like a damn child she needs to get checked for the way she carries herself around customers, nothing like the night time crew they are amazing especially Samantha she’s always the best!

Cold pizza at $102 for my guests. Management is incredibly mean and unreasonable. They refused to change my order 2 minutes after I placed the order. I was forced to choose between 10 minutes later pick up or 4 hour later. I had to choose option 1 thinking I could call to ask them process the order a hour later. Nope! They cooked them (six entries) all at the moment and put them in the rack for a hour! I had to pick up cold pizza to my party guest.Disgusted by the experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with an older woman at the checkout. A friend visiting from abroad decided to treat our family to pizza. When we arrived to pick it up, we encountered a woman who seemed to be having a rough day; she immediately raised her voice at my friend. I attempted to pay with a $100 bill, but as I was handing her the money, my friend reached for the pizza. At that moment, she shouted at him not to touch the pizza because she was unsure if she had change. There was no need for her to yell, as I could have easily paid with a card or gone to a nearby gas station for change.
I suggested that she speak to the manager about keeping more change in the register for customers with larger bills, but her only response was a firm “We can’t. WE CAN’T!”
As I was leaving, I overheard her telling other staff members that I was the same person who frequently came in with large bills. I found this profiling quite unsettling. Just because I have light skin, a stocky build, and a beard doesn’t mean she should assume anything about me.
If you fit this description, I advise against visiting this location with large bills, as you may face similar treatment. There are far better ways to communicate with customers than by raising your voice or yelling, and such behavior is simply unacceptable.
