My husband and I broke down on the bike and when I called asking if they delivered that far out of town, they were helpful and gave instructions on how to order via Google pin delivery. VERY amazing experience, not only did they deliver a fresh, hot, delicious pizza and Stix, they threw in brownies with a lovely hand-written note that said “A little gift to help you through the stress”. Thank you Domino’s staff!

Very frustrated with this Dominos Specifically Zachary Harrison the store manager declining to deliver to my address when we have had that store deliver several times prior including 6 days ago on July 29th (last Saturday) it’s completely out of line for the manager to decide to randomly not deliver us anymore. I called today August 4th at 4:34pm to order & they said I am no longer in their delivery jurisdiction? My information is in their system from prior orders? Like I stated they have delivered many many times. I want to understand why I was in their delivery zone 6 days ago and many other times but I am not now? I asked for the store owners info & he declined to give me it. I am generally confused?

We bought a couple of pizzas, both with extra sauce, one had plenty of sauce and tasted great, the other, which had pepperoni, was pretty light on the sauce, and the pepperoni had clearly gone bad, it was pretty gross, so we tossed the pizza that had pepperoni as one of it’s toppings. 3 tars because if the pepperoni hadn’t been rotten, the pizza was pretty good.

I am pleasantly surprised! Always heard Domino’s pizza was like eating cardboard, but it was pretty tasty! The thin crust was great, the sauce a little on the spicy side, & a decent balance of meat & veggies.

We have been ordering from Dominos since they opened in Deer Park. We have it on our delivery instructions to open and close the gate when arriving and leaving. The delivery driver got here opened the gate and then when she was leaving we asked her again to shut the gate and it was no problem. Well she did not do it and both of my dogs were found in the road almost being hit by cars. I called the manager she told me it was not her problem and when I asked for her name she refused and hung up on me. I will NEVER order here again and this is a small town… word of mouth travels fast.

Well, we have had great service till now. We ordered extra pepperoni, we got, extra sausage, we got, extra cheese..didn’t get, extra black olives, we didn’t get. So, I called, they said they could do nothing without getting the pizza back. Well, hubby ate a piece, so we get no credit for another time, partial credit back for the extras we didn’t get but we were charged for. So, guess we will no longer do business with them.
