I eat here like once a month or so. Its normally pretty average.Tonight, somehow it got to us insanely hot. It came fast too. Everything was super good. The drinks were ice cold. It was good enough that I felt like I had to leave a review. Good stuff tonight.

Our delivery driver, Sabrina, was amazing. She wasn’t given one of our items, and politely drove all the way back to get it and delivered it with a smile. I felt bad that I didn’t have cash to give her an extra tip. Sabrina, your service is top notch! Thank you!

The service here is always top-notch. The staff is very accommodating and works quickly. My girlfriend and I ordered delivery and unfortunately when it arrived it was missing the garlic sauce we ordered! I called and they immediately dispatched someone to bring the sauce as well as a free drink.

While they were on their way we opened what should have been buffalo mac and cheese but was just regular mac and cheese. I called again hoping to let them know before they sent the driver out but they arrived while I was on the phone.

They apologized and then sent us an entire order of Buffalo mac and cheese on top of more Buffalo sauce.

I can’t believe how good the customer service is. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

The service was a One Star at best. The Ellensburg Manager has difficulty saying thank you or show gratitude towards customers when placing an order. I know they were busy (lunchtime) when I placed the order, but that’s when you place orders right? So if you develop an attitude because you’re busy then perhaps the job isn’t a good fit for you. The other team members thankfully have not learned for the manager.
