My first experience was this Domino’s was amazing. My husband and I own a construction company here in Omak wa. We were chatting with the owners on opening night. We knew it was going to be a long wait. While talking with them we had mentioned that my husband had posted a positive post on their Facebook page and they thanked him. They had received alot of negative posts about another pizza restaurant opening in Omak and how gross Domino’s was and etc. They said they enjoyed a positive post for a change. We mentioned how we were always apart of Trunk or Treating and they asked us if we would come back closer to Halloween and pick up free small pizza coupons and hand them out along with candy from our fire engine. We said absolutely. We always love supporting other businesses. The owners are very nice people. The pizza is delicious. The pricing is great! I don’t mind if another pizza place is in town. It gave this area more jobs. Which is very needed.

Every time we have ordered from this dominos, our orders have been wrong. We try and have them fix the orders but get met with nothing but rudeness. Would really like to talk to an owner about how their employees treat their customers.

Last night ordered pizza on 11/25 around 5:30. We weren’t too impressed as we didn’t get the flavored crust we ordered. No biggie. Well today we went to eat leftovers and found a long black hair baked into the pizza toppings. Disgusting. Ruined dominos for us for good.

On 12/8 we ordered over the phone. It was automated, and it kept messing up our order while placing it. After 10 minutes, we thought it was right but upon picking up our order, which wasn’t ready 30 minutes steered ordering, order was not right even though when the recording repeated it, it was correct. After waiting 10 more minutes we received our order and it was wrong. We got 2 medium instead of 1 large, 1 medium. The medium was a pan pizza and when we got home to eat it, it was not cooked all the way. We order pizza at least 2 times a week but we won’t from here.

This is a brand new Dominos in Omak opened Oct 20, 2025 . It’s across the street from Walmart and next to McDonalds.
Tried them on 10/25/2025 got a sandwich to go, took about 10 minutes ordering at about 1130am. People were nice/polite still getting their groove. My sandwich was good will be back to try some of their other items.

Ordered ahead on the app. Did not arrive until it showed pizza ready. I sat at that drive up window for 15 minutes before I was acknowledged! And when I finally was it was by the rudest person I have ever been helped by. I am more than disappointed in the “service” I was given tonight

This Dominoes has not opened yet and it isn’t a guarantee that it will. I do hope it does as there is no pizza delivery in this area. Although I always thought of Dominoes as cardboard after having experienced pizza in Chicago, NY and Italy, it is on par with Pizza Hut, is better than Papa Murphy’s and it delivers, which Hometown does not.
If you are waiting for this place and live in Omak, Hometown is your next best bet for the best pizza in the area.
