So as far as Domino’s locations go this one has earned a 5 star for food and service. While dominos isn’t gourmet food it’s delicious, and they always have tons of coupons on the app. Ordering is so convenient as well via app. I’ve been to this brand new location 2 times and they’ve only been open 5 days, and have been impressed both times.

Great staff. Gave me the carry out special when I was picking up my pizza without having to ask. Highly highly recommend getting a hand tossed pizza with garlic parmesan sauce, onions, and bell peppers. Get a side of mango habanero sauce. IT’S SO GOOD!! TRUST ME!

Thank God there’s a decent pizza place that isn’t cascade. That place is insanely expensive. The owner has some serious problems. And the pizza is inconsistent. And to top it all off, the conditions that the food is prepared in are very dirty. I know firsthand. Thank you Dominos! I’d prefer to support the little guy, but when it comes to value and consistency, I’m sorry, but you just can’t beat Domino’s compared to Cascade. Oh yeah. The roof has been leaking so long that there’s mold in the back of Cascade as well. I’ve even seen water come out of the power outlets. Sorry Stewart, I’m just being honest. He may have replaced the roof by now and taken out all the mold and rotten stuff, but, frankly, I doubt it. If you don’t see new shingles up there, it’s safe to assume that it’s still leaking. I could mention more facts, but I’ll just leave it at that.

Ordered two chicken Alfredo’s. They wouldn’t deliver this far in in to Elma so we picked it up. The amount of pasta was disappointing for the price. I had two pieces of chicken in my entire pasta. The top was visibly burnt and some noodles were partly crunchy. Over cooked and possibly old. It was as terrible as the first time I had pasta from Dominos in Centralia like five years ago. Why no prices on the billboard in the restaurant? It’s a pain to have to ask.

I stopped here with a group of hungry teens who really wanted pizza on the way home from a school trip. We hadn’t thought of Domino’s as an “eat-in” option but there was plenty of space to sit, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. I ordered pickup from Domino’s in Elma today since I live on the other side of town where delivery isn’t available. I drove down, picked up my food, and headed home. Unfortunately, I didn’t double-check my order before leaving—I was supposed to have 4 boxes but only received 3. That was on me for not looking at my receipt, which clearly showed the missing item.
When I called the store, they answered right away and were honestly almost too nice about it (in a good way, lol). I explained what happened, and they apologized immediately and told me to come back so they could make it right. Later, I realized I had even told them the wrong missing item, but they already knew exactly what it was. When I returned, they gave me the correct box plus made sure I left happy.
This store really went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them. For anyone complaining about delivery distances—take it up with the corporation, not the local staff. The folks at this store don’t make those decisions, but they do take care of their customers the best they can.

Everytime I go to this domino’s my pizza comes out perfectly, the employees are very respectful and positive, and the dining area is always clean. Good job managers and staff!

Opening day was 8/18/25
On an opening day for anything I would expect a crowd and long wait, just kinda happens that way.
I did an online order which took over an hour because of them being busy, again I expected this and it’s no big deal to me.
But when I showed up I was amazed at how many impatient and self centered customers there were standing around in a hurry to wait..
The staff were nice and very busy, as helpful as they could be with the massive rush of orders.
I’m sure in a few weeks things will calm down and flow smoothly for this new business in a smaller town.
But impatient customers who had seen for weeks online this place was coming and opening soon do not need to have their panties up in a bunch because of a longer wait than expected.

I, like so many residents of Elma have been following along with the opening of this location and saw the owner state that due to them wanting to break a record on opening day, it being OPENING day (08/18/2025), and having technical difficulties with their online tracker (they will be getting it fixed), the wait times were going to be longer than usual no matter what time of day you ordered and they stated the best way to order was online. upon arrival to get our food there were several people impatiently waiting both inside the lobby and outside, this was causing issues with employees and customers getting in and out of the store. the disrespect of people standing in the way instead of sitting in their vehicles to wait is astounding and then the audacity to leave a negative review on a place that JUST OPENED. we got all of our food it tasted great and we will be going back. This place is way better than westside and way more affordable.
