The lady at the front was SO nice! I accidentally went to the wrong dominos (this location) and she happily said she could make the order here. She even noticed when I didn’t use a coupon and made sure to enter it so I could save a few dollars. Usually I get delivery but, to save money, I chose pick up. Such great service! Highly recommend this Dominos! I’ve also found the food to be very good!

First of all, Domino’s is not known for having the best pizza in the world. So knowing that we go in with low expectations. Any review I’d base my rating to be at 4 stars at best but this particular Domino’s is significantly underwhelming. They’re dough is bland, low quality toppings and burn their cooked items. Case-in-point: Ordered their “loaded tots” for carry out and when we got home discovered they were burnt badly all around then outside and bottom. Plus they were mushy and gross tasting. DO NOT ORDER the LOADED TOTS!!! Order their pizza at your own risk.

Staff told my wife that her coupon ($5.99 for two or more items) wouldn’t work for the three Brookies she ordered because the order needed to be three different things. Then they gave us two burnt brookies and one that looked like it had been dropped and stepped on. We usually will take these to events to share with people (Super Bowl Party) and they always say they are delicious and ask where we get them from. (We usually put them in a traveling container) I couldn’t share these as they were smashed and burnt. not ordering from this location again. Shout out to Martin Way location near North Thurston. I’ve never had quality issues there.

First of all, I always order here. Never had a problem, got my food 10_15 minutes late, but I wasn’t really trippin’. Traffic happens.. 2nd, one of my pizzas had sausage, pepperoni, my sons fave.. but 3 slices had no sausage on it. And I also ordered a chicken thin crust with jalapeno, it wasn’t cut like a pizza, it was cut up massacre style… is that normal?

We walked in and were asked if picking up or ordering we replied ordering. They looked at us and asked “well?” in an impatient annoyed way. We calmly answered again we are here to order. They said okay whatever as if we hadn’t answered their question. Then we started to mention what pizza we wanted and they just angrily walked away to the back grabbed their coat and left. We stood there for a moment confused so we left.

Terrible! Ordered twice and second time was worst. I ordered a cheese pizza and it was overcooked so the bread was hard. My bacon jalapeno cheesy bread was not cheesy at all. So i called and spoke to management, she sent me another bacon jalapeno and this time not only did it have a pinch of cheese but the bacon and jalapeños seemed to been placed in one section only. I opened the bread to see what was going on, i got my proof! Cheesy bread not cheesy and so disappointed. I have been ordering this bread for years and years and years but won’t be anymore.
