Pizza came with barely any toppings. Upon calling to explain the one pizza was burnt, that manager called back to inform me it was fine and if i wanted better I should order elsewhere. He stated he took pictures. When i called back to inquire about these so called pictures he answered and hung up 3 times. OK!

The SKIMPIEST PASTA I’ve ever received. Everything else was fine, but I can’t believe they would give a paying h customer such a small portion. This wouldn’t fill a small child.

Complete with a single slice of chicken too. I would highly recommend you don’t order this.

I’ve ordered from this location several times without issue. Tonight my delivery order never came although marked delivered. When I called the store they offered a refund or redelivery. Neither were good options. One left me waiting double the amount of time for my order and the other left me without dinner. When I asked if I could come get the order (because that’s faster and there’s no chance of misdelivery again) and be credited for the misunderstanding, the person on the phone mentioned I could come pick it up but would not receive compensation even partially for the delivery fee I was charged. I explained this to manager Nathan, who happened to be the delivery driver and he gave me the same two options wait for redelivery, or cancel the order, or come pick it up and eat the delivery fee for the service I never received. I explained that this wasn’t acceptable and I didn’t want to pay for a service I didn’t get or wait and hope for competence while my family goes longer without dinner, nighttime routines, and bedtimes. He said he was refunding the order and hung up on me. No confirmation number to ensure I’d be refunded or when to expect it back in my account, or explanation of what went wrong with delivery.

4 Stars only for making the issues right.
Ordered a pizza on the app. Went to check out but my order ($17.49) was below the minimum amount required ($18.49(?)) Still charging the same $5.99 delivery fee. Upped my pizza to an XL and placed the order. Bake time was quick and driver was headed our way in no time. Contactless delivery still knocked on the door. Pizza was cold (measured 106° on our laser food thermometer) and slicing was greatly uneven (see photo) and only into 6 slices. I could have made more even slices blindfolded. I called the store and the person who answered was clueless as to what could have gone wrong. After a brief hold they came back on the phone and made it right. 4 stars for correcting their mistake.

We just ordered with my girlfriend and it’s really disappointing the taste of our pizza for which we pay… the ingredients (tomatoes, steak and cheddar cheeses) don’t taste fresh, it’s more they taste the opposite… we chose not to eat it… unfortunate the quality that this place has lost… ooh And I forgot it, I didn’t ask for the meat burned black

Had Extravaganza delivered, ordered extra Mushrooms but doesn’t look like they even added extra mushrooms. Not many mushrooms on pizza at all. I would have used the complaint on the app but I figured it would not be worth my time to complain about extra mushrooms not being added to the pizza.

They were blunt as soon as I walked in. No greeting. They had a very dont care attitude with how they handled making pizza from what i could see. They made it taste good but I have to rip my slices of pozza apart because they didnt put any effort into the cuts.
