I’m extremely upset with my recent delivery experience. The delivery driver chose to slam my 2 boxes of hot, fresh pizza directly over the fence instead of making any effort to deliver it properly.
Yes, I have a fence/gate but the driver could have knocked on the gate, called the phone # on the order, or even yelled “hello.” Instead, he simply slammed the pizzas on the ground with anger. I heard the loud bang of the boxes as they slammed on the ground & immediately came outside to ask why he would do that. The driver sped off recklessly in a well marked 5 mph family community, he didn’t want to be seen.
The pizzas were slammed on the ground, my dog ended up peeing on the boxes, making the food completely unusable. I will be returning the pizzas, as this situation was entirely avoidable with basic communication or common sense.
This is frustrating, unsanitary, & unprofessional. I expect better handling & accountability from any Domino’s employees

I ordered Chicken Alfredo and received a dry, burnt pan of noodles with random chunks of chicken on top. There was no Alfredo sauce at all, and the pasta tasted old and overcooked.
The stuffed jalapeño bread I ordered was also completely burnt, not even edible.

First of all they have moved. I walked to pick up my pizza and the place was empty. Second. Dang it. I had hyped up this pizza for a previous reputation the brand had where I moved from,.shout out to Port Angeles their Dominos is amazing for delivery and carry out. I did a $50 order with three pizzas and a stuffed bread. Man…top three worst I have ever had. The lack of care and consideration was everywhere. The Wisconsin Cheese had what I would count as 2 full and 4 half pieces of feta terrible. Lack of sauce and cheese all the way around. My 2 topping was just awful. I am posting pictures and calling the manager tomorrow because if they cared tonight the food wouldn’t be served like this. Lack of sauce and topping. Didn’t even have the sanitary, anti slip piece of white card board. The Philly Cheese steak pizza was okay. Lack of sauce massive amounts of onions all the way to the edge. The stuffed feta and spinach bread…I have never seen anything so terrible be passed as food you pay for. It wasn’t cut. It was filled with a third of what it should be. It was literally partially made. The customer service was awful. I called to say I would be late because I walked to pick it up and they weren’t there. The boy grunted barely recognizable responses over the phone and in person. Once I arrived the cheese pizza was literally cold, I don’t even know how that’s possible. No eye contact. No response when I spoke to him. The couple in front of me went to the old location as well. No apologies. I could not be more disappointed. I will call the manager in the morning and demand a refund or new better product. If I am not satisfied I will tell everyone not do support this lack of efficiency. Too many locally owned businesses in the area to mess around when money is so tight for the vast majority.
FOLLOW UP**** Called the next day. The manager was great. He handled my concerns with compassion and patience. He took care of everything in a profession manner. Thank you for redeeming the Dominos name for me. I will be returning to this location.

Came in after ordering online. Just so happened to be driving in front of a dominos delivery driver. We both walked in at the same time and he put his bag down and started cutting up orders and messing with the food. He didn’t wash his hands. Manager claims he seen him wash his hands but I’m unsure how if they were both messing with pizzas and I clearly walked in at the same time as him. Completely unhygienic.

Called cuz I made the order of the unlimited topping medium pizzas and it wasn’t unlimited! So I had to call to add green pepper which they forgot and tried the gone viral pizza. Lacked flavor and was dry had to doctor it up when I got home

Ordered a pie NY style with pepperoni sausage light sauce black Olives mushrooms EXTRA CHEESE it came with no cheeses Heavy sauce called the store & the so called manager was rude made me take a picture & send it to an email address that when I put the address in it told me to insert a valid email So sorry he hates his job but how dare you be rude to me & hang up the phone before our conversation was over. There policy is to take a pic send it to them & then they’ll see if there going to do anything

Literally every single item we ordered was wrong, they charged us almost $20 extra for all meat and put almost no meat. The cheesy bread and both of our pizzas were burnt then they asked for a tip. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
