There’s no way you thought it was ok to serve these pizzas with so much sauce and like no cheese. Even the cheese pizza was all sauce. Worst pizzas ever I would return and get my money back but I’m hungry and don’t want to leave again. Ill never order from here again

I have been purchasing from this location from as far back as I can remember and I have lived in Parkland for over 20 years. I always tip well and they have never had an issue delivering to my home. This could all be easily verified through my order history. Today, I tried to order over $40 of food ($44.95 before tax and delivery) and they REFUSED to accommodate my order because I wanted to pay cash for something over $40. I even asked to speak to the manager to try and see if she would make an exception and she straight up said, “no.”. Wouldn’t even contemplate working with me. Thank you Dominos for the last few years, but I am done. I will never buy Dominos again… Not only have you lost this sale of $44.95, but, you have lost all my weekly orders of at least $40 per week at 52 weeks a year or $2,080 per year. I have been a manager for the last 25 years at a minimum… I have similar rules, which I uphold in order to prevent loss of revenue; however, as a manager, it is within my discretion to make exceptions when I KNOW what is best for the company, such as accommodating long time customers through cost/benefit analysis… Failure to acknowledge exceptions over rule of thumb can be the difference from success and failure… This manager chose the latter of two… This is what I refer to as a force suppressor, rather than a force multiplier…

I love ordering from this Domino’s and have always had good service. I see some complaints in the google reviews about prices and quality of crust but those are out of the store’s control. They’ve always delivered my pizzas in a timely manner and been friendly and professional.

I’ve normally ordered fern hill location but for some reason last night night 4-29 store was close or no carry out order can’t remember. So I pick Parkland location which is the next closest one to where I live. Omg the nasty pizza ever. The crust was dough and we ask for extra cheese and pineapple for our pizza. When you pick up the pizza, the cheese fell right of to the box along with the Italian sausage and pineapple. There was just to much sauce even tho we never ask for any extra. Never see anything like this before. Overall would never order from this location again.

Terrible experience. Cold pizza for carryout, asked the guy to remake it and he says “it’s fresh idk what to tell you” . I call in and the manager pretty much implies I’m lying. Tells me I can call in for a free medium pizza later on. I call back for that pizza and it’s a huge inconvenience for the staff and attitude on the phone because it’s “free”. Avoid this place, I will not be going back at all. Waste of time.

The staff accidentally made my pizza incorrectly so when I called the second (only after I noticed the error on the second pizza) I called to notify the management and the lady was rude and ultimately ended up hanging up in my face. It about getting anything free or anything like that I just wanted the type of pizza that I paid for and not to be made feel like I was a waste of time or a inconvenience for mentioning that my order was incorrect.

Ordered an hour before closing, paid and pizza never got delivered and they close in a few minutes. Tracker says order is still “being prepped”. Papa johns from now on. Glad I didn’t get my order after reading the reviews at this location.

Another stop on our Pineapple Pepperoni pizza challenge. This is the lowest pizza on the list as of now. The pepperoni was indistinguishable from the cheese. Both lacked any flavor of any substance. No spice, no pop, no flavor for either of them. The sauce was ok, I’m glad I cheated and asked for double sauce, even then it was barely enough. The crust was not firm or flavorful in the middle, and was the only product at all on the outside of the pizza. The only redeeming factor truly was the pineapple. This had a great sweetness and flavor to work well, unfortunately without the spice of a good pepperoni to counteract the sweet it made the pizza even than worse due to the overwhelming about of sweet. Glad I was able to try this one at half price.
