Tonight I took advantage of the $9.99 nationwide coupon any size, any toppings you recently had. I usually just get ham and pineapple, but tonight I got to go all out and you all made the most beautiful pizza I’ve ever seen, and the most delicious pizza I’ve ever tasted.

Service was great. Greeted by staff when I came into the restaurant. That’s doesn’t usually happen in an American restaurant. Food was hot and delicious but I think the New York style pizza crust was a bit thick to fold it. Nonetheless it’s pretty darn good pizza and loaded with toppings.

Pizza is good, but they are slow…Everytime I request car side pickup they never bring it out or sits there and sits there so I have to go get it…or they send me txt saying it’s ready ingo in and it’s not ready. They also have limited parking due to all the delivery drivers taking it. Want to make it better be honest if it’s not ready don’t hit in your computer system that it’s ready.

Usually I’m taken care of at this location (Usually there multiple times a week) however when I called in my order and ordered my normal carry out deal (2 for $6.99) they for some reason only made one and the wrong size. Typically when they mess up they would give the pizza to me or credit me. Instead they only offered a dessert which wasn’t even a good suggestion. So I ordered delivery and I redeemed my free pizza but I bought some wings. I gave a pretty good tip to the driver but for some reason this is the second time this happened but the pepperoni wasn’t even properly put on like they cared less when making it cause I got it for free. Which if you understand math I didn’t get it for free I bought so much from them that I got the pizza. Now a loyalty pizza shouldn’t look like I’m hated for being a loyal customer. This is painful even as a chef of over 20 years you never treat a loyal customer like this. The last pizza should look like every pizza. So I’m rating the service terribly I can’t say anything about the atmosphere but usually when I go in the line hasn’t been swept the surfaces are a mess and everyone just doesn’t want to be there. The food is getting 3 stars cause it’s good and edible but that’s due to the company delivering the ingredients I’m sure it have nothing to do with the employees as they probably don’t make the dough in house. Or much really they are just pushing a product hence why my pizza looks like this.

I normally go to the Port Orchard store amd never had any problems. I came to the silverdale store and my pizza was super thin for hand tossed and the 5 cheese mac was less than half full and burnt, totally inexcusable… Will not be going back….

Absolutely garbage and disgusting. The picture is pretty self explanatory. I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza. I’m not sure what this is other than burnt cardboard. It went straight in the trash. Worst pizza ever followed by worst the customer service ever. Ended up calling my credit card company and having the charge reversed. Do yourself a favor and just don’t eat here.

We ordered a carside delivery and we were waiting for 10 minutes BTW once we were there the food was ready then I decided to go in then they ignored me for 5 minutes then I had to say i have been waiting for 10 minutes in my car I would like to pick up my car side delivery they never were going to deliver it to my car in the first place
