This dominoes location in past years wasn’t consistent with much .. BUT FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS AFTER REPLACING THE MANAGER!! THIS DOMINOES IS KICKIN BUTT!!! GOOD FAST AND CONSISTANT WITH THE QUALITY OF UR ORDER NO MATTER DAYTIME CREW OR NIGHT TIME CREW FOOD IS always great and made the same ! Staff is amazing all the way around from manager to delivery and everyone in-between all great and professional! THANK YOU DOMINOES IN SEQUIM WA. IT MAKES SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY TO GET SOME FOOD FEEL WORTH IT !! LIFE IS SO EXPENSIVE TODAY AND IT HURTS TO PAY HIGH PRICES AND GET BAD FOOD AND I HAVE BEEN ONLY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY AND “FULL” SINCE THE CURRENT MNGR GOT HIRED !!! Order food online. Go to store. Get told its not ready so I pay. They told me 5 more min. Then all the sudden they have no food for me no idea where it went. After waiting 45 min at their store they finally had my food for me…. paid full price they didn’t even offer a soda for the wait when they lost and or never made the food I paid for…..pretty disappointing

They don’t deliver to Dungeness way for some reason even tho west side can and will. Plus like 1/3 of the time if the order has stuff that isn’t pizza, it’ll be wrong.

Best thing about this place used to be you could place an order online and pay in cash on pick up. Don’t expect that if your coming to sequim. Any order over 50$ can’t pay cash on pickup. Took 100$ off my order and had to use two separate orders to get the price we usually do using coupons. Next time I’ll just wait in line at costco.

My second order of parm wings after the first one came bone in instead of boneless.
We called and kindly informed them and said we didn’t need a replacement…but they insisted after EXTREME attitude. We got these and called to let them know and they informed us it was on purpose. Petty and not how a business should operate. ♀️

When we finally got our pizzas they were made incorrectly with the wrong toppings the gentleman on the phone was very rude and seemed like he didn’t care about his job whatsoever I would not recommend this Domino’s at all their crew needs to work on their customer service skills dramatically. I will never come back.

Ordered delivery online, delivery driver delivered to the wrong house, went back to pick it up and tried giving us the food. The food could’ve been touched or they could’ve been sick and coughed all over it, who knows. But I know that in food service you are NOT allowed to give the customer food that has been touched by someone else. I also had a coworker tell me they got food poisoning from here. Also the manager does not know how to handle complaints or issues with orders, she needs to be retrained and coached properly. I understand messing up the address, but if it got delivered to the wrong house it needs to be remade. Coming from a food service manager. <3
