When you order “fast food” it’s not always perfect. It’s how they make it better for you is what brings ya back many times.
I got delivery today from this Dominoes. All items delivered were hot and delivered in a timely manner and the driver was very nice.
ONE item was made wrong so I called. I was fine with a refund for that item. I believe it was the manager or assistant, refunded my whole order. They went above and beyond and this is why I keep going back to this Dominoes.

Absolutely horrible I ordered and asked for refund and they told me because they are too busy they can’t give me a refund. The food was a horrible mess and undercooked. The slices were just cut any old way like it was ridiculous.

Curbside order took forever. When I put it in, they gave me a 12 minute estimate. It took almost 40 minutes for me to get my food… It was nice and hot I guess, but I arrived “on time” and sat in the parking lot for like 30 minutes. That’s way more than the estimated time, and I saw people just standing around doing nothing.

B.E.A.utiful PIE ordered delivered as promised hot and scrumptious. All while rainy out, and you think that wouldn’t matter but for-whatever reason when it rains in the PNW people forget how to drive, idk.
To the Chef that slapped my Pie : Thank you!!! Thank was a delectable meal! I tip my hat .
p.s. – Gave four stars for “Atmosphere” since I’ve never been in the building and was thinking about giving a three since “there’s always room for improvement” or some shit like that. Pumped that up to a four since the driver was Johnny on the Spot

I ordered two pizzas and chicken wings. The chicken wings are barely cooked and two pizza. Pizzas arrived with all the toppings on one side and one of the pizzas wasn’t even cut or sliced. Tried to call them to let them know and no one ever answered the phone terrible.! I won’t be returning to this particular Domino’s they used to be good. The management has gone downhill.

I came out of state to visit family. Our pizzas arrived cold. The NY style we ordered with pepperoni and bacon came without. We called the store and they refused to help us. Told us to drive the pizzas back up there. We don’t have a vehicle. Our receipt shows what we ordered. The gentleman Tyler refused to give any numbers to fix the issue or refund our money. Told us he couldn’t without seeing the pizza.

The first time I ordered was on monday at this store got pan pizza and 32 parm bites. The parmbites were blown and flavorless. And the pan pizza was well done but tasted under cooked (i understand this could have been a jell layer) so I said maybe it was just a bad day so I ordered the next day 1 pan and 1 ny style. The ny style was perfectly done and cooked and made to perfection. But then pan pizza was worse then the day before it was missing ham on slices and bacon on another. This has been the worst experience iv had at dominos in yrs and makes me not wanna order again. Epically when you call in to complain and it takes you to a call center not in the store. Will say tho my delivery drivers were very professional and amazing. Got one pizza remade looks better and no jelly layer!!!
