My man and I went tonight and ordered a large pepperoni thin crust pizza and asked specifically that they cut it square due to my son only being three it’s easier for him to eat they ended up not doing it after asking multiple times my boyfriend on the other hand has celiac and CAN NOT HAVE WHEAT he got his gluten free pizza and they completely messed it up it’s cross contaminated and they put ingredients on it that he never asked for and he can no longer enjoy dinner and he’s in the hospital thanks a lot for the multiple occasions they have messed our orders up we will never be returning to this location no care in the world for their customers.

TANNER!!!!!! I would like to give a huge shout out to this location. I put in an online order for my husband helping someone out in the Bremerton area and had the order just come out of the oven about to be on its way to its destination, when I was notified that my husband had to head to Silverdale for the specific part they needed to get his car back running… Pizza was about to walk out of this locations door as promised when ordered…. I quickly called asking if they could just keep it on the warmer for a little longer… Maybe about 45ish minutes then head out. Completely our mistake… TANNER REFUSED because they don’t keep very well after being on the warmer that long. I offered to pay more or more of a tip. Tanner refused all of this, reassured me this is not a big deal. New order would be made and delivered fresh with new delivery time. At no cost to myself and refused to let me tip more. I’m typically a large tipper for any delivery service which he then made sure to say what was already given for a tip “was going to make the driver happy enough”… So ughhh yea MAJOR SHOUT OUT TO THIS LOCATION. Tanner, I appreciate you. Whoever manages this location WELL DONE. It is GLOWING from the service I just received over the phone. Very important to please please let all of your staff know THIS IS WHAT MAKES CUSTOMERS COME BACK AND APPRECIATE BUSINESS THEY ARE WHY.

I hardly ever buy food out n about, so it was a pretty big deal to get a pizza. Silly I know – and I’m not a complainer!! This 14″ spinach n feta pizza cost me 31 CLAMS. Sigh.
Here we go: the box wasnt even put together. The packaging on the box is clever. There was hardly any sauce. At all!! A few pieces of spinach. Nothing else.No feta. Cheese. Lots of factory cheese. I am so hungry I am drowning it in Sriracha in order to have any flavout. I am so disappointed . I want my money back. I am supposedly retired Hah! And supposedly enjoying my life. My back is broken and I’m still being cheerful. The kids were great.

For one. They delivered my food to the wrong address. For two. It was 69 dollars for 2 pizzas. For three. As I was discussing the issue with the manager he hung up. 10 out of 10 dont reccomend this particular dominoes. And for the guy who answers the phone- if you hate you job then quit it. Dont put your bs on others because daddy didn’t help you get a real man’s job.

I called about the salad being a bit brown on the lettuce and the date was for March 21 2025 and they said that they can’t do anything about it since it’s not past date even though the lettuce was brown and wilted here we go again another bad salad dated September 1st and I ordered on September 2nd from this same domino’s this time they are replacing the salad with a hopefully fresh one here we go again another bad salad dated October 19th and I ordered on October 20th

Staff is always courteous, except for one female employee who always seems bothered to assist me when she’s not ignoring customers. The $9.99 deal is the best deal in town! I get one 1-2 times a week. My pizza is always perfect!

I had a messed up pizza and called about it and they said I could call to claim it under my phone number which was a complete lie, they didnt note anything and I was left emptied handed on a pizza that I couldn’t even eat they treated me like complete crap and this is unacceptable im just baffled on how something like this can happen! I was out of a $20 pizza and am confused on how something like this can happen!

Normally wouldn’t sit down and eat at a Domino’s but this one’s perfect for it. Lots of seating. Very fast orders and you can watch them make it too. Surprised I never see tons of people dining in. Staff always fixes mistakes. Saw one of them put on a show for some kids as his tossed the dough in the air.
