I ordered the baked pasta create your own with cheese, spinach, and pineapples. My food was cold, as you can see the cheese didn’t even melt. The spinach looked burnt on the ends, but the rest of the food was not hot or thoroughly cooked at all. This is how it looked when I opened it. It looks like they just threw the ingredients in the oven for two minutes, took it out and put it in a box. When I went to get my order, I had my baby in my arms and had to wait a while while they all finished their conversations about personal stories. They asked me to hold on. A delivery driver that was coming back into the store saw that I was waiting and helped me. The ones talking did not leave their conversation to help. Last time I was here they gave me a meat pizza when I ordered cheese. I didn’t realize till I drove all the way home and I couldn’t eat it because I’m a vegetarian. I don’t wanna leave a bad review but some of the workers should really be more considerate to customers and the food.

I ordered online was waiting for delivery person and it was 20 minutes past and no delivery person went out for smoke and call and my 2 large pizzas were outside front door in the cold and then the pizzas no one knock or anything just drop them off and then the pizza made me sick got food poisoning the pizza was not cooked all the way the bottom of box was just soaked I spent $60 on terrible service and poisoned pizzas I really not ever getting pizza from domino’s again I hope that I get refunded for my bad experience

I don’t ever review stuff so it means something that this place impressed me so much to leave one. Pizza is nothing incredible, but I’ve had far worse from other places and among this type of pizza place, this one specifically is good. Plus, they have their own delivery drivers so food shows up fast and shows up hot. Can’t really get better than this for fast food pizza.

I really need to quit ordering from here. It’s a six min drive from my house, yet I always manage to get a greasy, dry over-cooked pizza from this location. Im so tired. Even got an extra bell pepper.

Ordered a cheese pizza for my girls sleep over around 530 and its 9pm and still no pizza. 2 calls. They said 15 min 5 min plus drive time that was at 830. Manager was nice enough and I feel for them considering they’re using door dash drivers. But sending the wrong pizza and not fixing it after the first call is insane. A 15 dollar credit is not acceptable after all this time I could have gone to the store and bought ingredients and made a pizza. I’m disappointed to say the least. I’d love to go back to the times pizza was all that was delivered and it was proper..

But this low rating was the fact that I “Specifically ordered 16 pcs Hot Buffalo Wings.” On the Domino’s app around 4:57pm.
I did not received 16 pieces, but I got 8 pieces instead. Clearly those that made the order aren’t paying attention. I lost approximately $10 dollars from this mishap. Not cool for a full time worker, busting their ass for a day to relax upon.
This has been reported with Domino’s Customer Service Support. I will no longer condone misconduct use of this pizza service delivery. You’ll failed me big time.

Ordered online. Said delivered 40-45. Halloween. I get it. Takes time. Hour later we tried calling then two more times after that during the second hour.
Called another store who tried to transfer us to their manager. No answer. Still haven’t heard nor seen hide nor hair of our order. 60.00 gone. The other store ended up taking the same order from online and delivering all for free. Bothell is great. Seattle Hill needs … a lot of help.
