Annoyed I did not get what I ordered. I ordered a medium pan pizza but it was half crust. The box literally says on the pan pizza the toppings cover the crust. Not sure if this is their tactics for when people use coupons but it seems rude to give less toppings when I use a coupon dominoes provided. I should have just ordered a regular hand tossed large pizza. Won’t be ordering from this location again. Make the marketing match the actual product please.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. Brooklyn style. One the ultimate with extra cheese and additional toppings the other Hawaiian with extra cheese.
They came with no extra cheese and orange on top due to excessive grease. I’m not sure why a Hawaiian would be orange due to grease especially if it had extra mozzarella on it.
Then the Brooklyn style crust I have had so many times from other locations and it’s never been served to me like this. It was so thin some places of the pizza literally had holes in it. It was almost as thin as paper. Even with the additional toppings and supposedly extra cheese I paid extra for, the slices are thinner than my finger. The Canadian bacon was cut up into small triangles smaller than a dime and there were 13 of the small dime size pieces on a large pizza when that was the only topping besides grease and pineapple. I called the store and asked for the manager. He knew there was a complaint. However he answered the phone, “what’s up boss?” Completely unprofessional. He only wanted to offer in store credit but I insisted on a refund because I’m moving. So he refunded it. I appreciate that. That being said, I came here to review previous reviews and saw this is a pattern for this store so decided to post a review. I’ve included photos. Despite the look I did try it and it made me feel extremely sick.

They don’t take orders on the phone but the website overcharges (try to order a deal and it’s full price). You talk to a robot to try to order the food and they won’t take cash, but then you get hung up on. It’s too difficult to get my order in lol twenty minutes to order a pizza? Lmao I’ll go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.

Normally do delivery while in town, but decided to go in tonight. My pizzas weren’t made right, but they fixed it no problem and made it incredibly well! Knocked me and my kids socks off! Shout out to everyone being so polite and kind.. whoever management is deserves a raise!

Disappointing Experience Today
I’ve been a regular at Domino’s, and usually, the service is great, but today was a huge letdown. I picked up my order through the pick-up window, and when I asked the employee about the ranch dressing I’d also ordered, she responded with a clearly irritated attitude, saying it was on top of the boxes. At the time, I couldn’t even see them, so it felt rude and dismissive.
When I got home and opened the pizza, one of them had strange white spots on top that turned out to be Parmesan cheese – not a topping I ordered. When I picked it up, the cheese was crumbly and not the usual texture, which made it look and taste off.
Normally, I’m happy with my experiences here, but this visit was really disappointing. I hope it was just a one-off, but I’ll think twice before coming back for a while.

My pizza was missing the buffalo sauce and I had just left the store. Ian at this location promptly responded and helped me out with a solution even though I know it’s probably a busy night. Ian, you made a difference to me today. Thank you.

I can’t comment on the atmosphere, I’ve never been inside. Walking by a few times,it appeared to be clean and employees working – with or without customers. I appreciate those kind of employees. I used to be one of those for a burger joint. Always something to do in any establishment!

I think we order pizza from here embarrassingly often. And every single time, they do an amazing job. We do carry out most of the time, and the food is always HOT and made accurately. The employees have always been polite as well.
