I had ordered my pizza at 10:00 pm (medium pan pizza) and the employee said it should take 20 mins. I arrived 25 mins after and the teenagers working (both higher than a kite) said they had burnt the pizza and it would take an additional 20 mins to make another. So I left, came back, and paid.
While chewing I could tell something was off. I thought there was a load of cheese. But after looking closer it turned out the whole middle of the pizza was raw. To the point where I could stretch the dough.
When I called them back the next day (since they were closed that night) the manager said there was nothing they could do since it’s not the same day and next time I need to ask for a “well done” pizza.
