I ordered delivery 4 bottles of water, small pepperoni pizza and 1 ranch. I got 1 small cold pepperoni pizza. They did not bring me my other items. I tried calling the store and waited for 1.5 hours before I hung up. I tried to report the order missing items online and they offered me a 20% discount coupon or 1 free medium pizza. I just want my original order. I do not care for Dominos, but I have a short visit in Seattle so I just ordered from my hotel something that I thought would be fast and easy. I just spent $59 on 1 small pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They wont make any mistakes right.

Super great food and service, atmosphere is just fine ( I mean it’s Belltown and the place is open up late till 2am) Place is cheap. Sometimes, they mess up your orders, one day they added pepperoni to my veggie pizza but it happens! Overall much needed cheap food savior for late nights.

Ordered online for delivery, thinking it was a safe bet since it’s Domino’s…but it wasn’t!
Delivery took over 1 and a half hours, obviously the food was cold by the time we got it, and the portion size for the pasta was tiny. Not to mention my (cold) cheese pizza with barely any cheese on it…ridiculous!

Pizza is generally pretty consistent…but delivery is not. We have been on a pizza kick recently. Delivery alone yesterday took 90 minutes. The time before, the driver apparently sat across the street for a half hour once they finally got here. Tonight my pizza is spending 30 minutes just in “quality review” according to Domino’s’ tracker. Another time it was just left in the lobby of our apartment building. Lesson learned. Don’t order from Dominos if you’re actually hungry.

Minimum $25 order for delivery? How the hell am I supposed to use my coupon and rewards points then, order two pizzas? That is actually ridiculous.

Two times now over the last year, this place has bamboozled me with their pick up time estimate. They are atrociously slow. They don’t seem to care about the tracker’s promised time whatsoever.
There’s no place to park either, except for one 3-minute passenger pickup spot around the corner. So if you order Carside Delivery, you’re really playing extreme sports and should look for a Red Bull sponsorship.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s location today. I placed my order around **5:25–5:30 PM**, and the app/store told me it would be ready in **12–15 minutes**, with a pickup time by **5:55 PM**. When I reached the store, I waited another **5–10 minutes**, only to be told that my order wasn’t ready and I would need to wait **another 40 minutes**.
If the order was going to take that long, they should not promise 12–15 minutes. It is very misleading and unprofessional.
The staff member who spoke to me was extremely rude. When I asked for her name, she refused to tell me. Instead of apologizing for the delay, she told me, *“You can leave, goodbye,”* and simply refunded my payment. There was absolutely **no apology**, no courtesy, and no basic customer service.
Additionally, I noticed that some staff were preparing food **without gloves or hair coverings**, and then handling payments as well. This is unacceptable for hygiene and safety standards.
I did not go there for free food — I had **paid** for my order and expected the service I was promised. Instead, I was treated poorly and left without the order after wasting almost half an hour.
Very unprofessional, unhygienic, and disappointing experience. Domino’s needs to seriously improve both **customer service** and **food safety standards** at this store
