I ordered delivery to be handed to me. It was marked as delivered, but it was neither handed to me nor left at my door. I called the store, it went to the monotonous app ad for 5+ minutes, then someone at the store hung up the phone. I called back, this time waited for 7 minutes to be hung up on again.

Drove down to the store to find another gentleman also there who had the same issue. They were marking deliveries complete, ignoring incoming phone calls, and ignoring yet another gentleman who was trying to place an order in person.

I finally managed to get the manager to cancel my order and refund my money.

I’m already skeptical about ordering Domino’s, due to the astronomical delivery fee, but this put the nail in the coffin. If you must get pizza, try for a different location or a different chain altogether.

Awful. They have 1 driver and it takes literally hours. Im not kidding, ive had to call and complain on 4 different occasions for pizzas that took over an hour and a half to deliver. Ive been waiting for an hour for the current order.

Delivery driver was given the wrong address, pizza arrived cold, pizza was delivered not cut, pizza was missing toppings. When I called the location I was bombarded with dominos advertisement. By the time someone answered the phone, the person was unable to help and instead put me on hold while I waited to talk to a manager. She then gave me a run around on how the pizza I ordered was cut differently because it was a NY crust. But uncut is how it arrived.

I ordered a pizza! Waited 1 hour! Pizza never was delivered! Called in, person that answered was very rude when I asked what my options were and hung up on me because I was upset! I asked about picking it up, and was to not come to the store! And he hung up on me! Told me my money would be refunded! Awful customer service!

Waited over an hour for them to deliver my pizza and I am a 10 minute drive they felt like driving to tukwila to drop off someone’s order first was more important ! Called the store and they just tell me 10 minutes and it of course was another 30 minutes.

The Manager at this establishment was rude and wrongly profiled me. All that happened was I asked for door code and said ty and on the way out he made a ride obscene comment as I was walking out. Don’t let bad morals ruin good business.
