What has happened to this place in the last couple years??? It used to be so good and has gotten so terrible! They seriously skimp on the toppings and never get the order right any more. I literally asked for double chicken among 5 other toppings and got no chicken but evening else. My other pizza I asked for sausage and 6 other toppings but got no sausage. Not to mention, the toppings are literally super skimpy and hardly anything. They used to load the pizzas and this place has gotten super skimpy. It used to be a good deal and it sucks lately! I was always super loyal to dominos but it suck’s terribly lately. We’ll have to look elsewhere for our future orders. Can’t believe it’s changed to such garbage!!!! SAD !!!!!!

The night manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. She has no customer service skills. Don’t bother ordering in advance because it won’t be ready. I stood inside waiting for over 5 minutes before they even put my order in. Then the manager got smart mouthed about it.When it came out she purposely over did the buffalo sauce. I will take my business elsewhere!!!!

My Cousin and I decided to take my gkids for Pizza.
We decided on the 2 for $20 Specialty Pizzas. I asked one lady if I could make one half Cheese half Pepperoni, she said yes and after we decided on the other Pizza we were ready to place the order. I was also going to buy Chicken Wings and Pasta and Soda.
My Cousin starts to place the order to be told we couldn’t do the half Cheese half Pepperoni
So we looked at the menu again and the other lady just stared at us as we asked questions what we could and couldn’t do, No answer.
I looked at my Cousin and said “all this money I’m trying to spend and the Customer Service is Horrible”.
We decided to go elsewhere.
The store was clean and inviting. Parking was decent, for that time of day, it was 1pm.

Everytime I order from this one something is wrong. Today it took 2 hours to deliver my cold pizza and the Mac cheese was a clump of cold cheese that looked like plastic and cold pasta. I will never order from this place again and they can keep the credit they offered.

Have gotten food from them in the past with bits. They have been good but a little under cooked. Today we Ordered 3 orders of bits and put in the notes to “please cook the parmeian bread bites until they are brown in color. Same with the garlic bread bite. Thank you”. Unfortunately all 3 orders of bits were doughy, under cooked almost on purpose because we asked to have them cooked longer. Don’t know of I’ll order from them again.

Honestly this place is beyond disappointing, making a sandwich is NOT be as hard as this place makes it seem. I don’t know if this is Dominos fault for poor training or if it’s just lazy employees; because this problem is the most consistent thing from Dominos. A piss poor excuse of a sandwich.
Most of the time, there is little/no meat on the sandwich, therefore making it a saucy cheese sandwich (I didn’t order a cheese sandwich).
Tonight was no different; my sandwich had 3 tiny pieces of chicken on the WHOLE thing! Shocking? No. Frustrating? Yes.
Hubby calls to request a new sandwich be delivered. New sandwich arrives…and to my disappointment, this one looks like it was baked in an easy bake oven! Why is the bread not toasted?
Again I have to ask; is this because of poor training? Or is this because employees are lazy?
Either way this place needs to figure out how to make a damn sandwich.

This Dominoes location is normally great in my experience but I ran into an issue with the pizza this time. The one I ordered was undercooked and so soggy it literally soaked the box it came in. When I called Katrina the manager questioned and doubted me about it being undercooked. She then agreed to send out a replacement pizza and hung up on me. Hopefully this one will be better than before.
UDPATE 4/20/19: Their pizzas whenever this “Elvis” person makes them seem to get worse and worse. Almost every pizza here comes out looking soggy since my original review. Everything else is fine, but why is their pizza coming out looking drenched in juices. I’ve included a new photo to show what I mean.

I’ve always ordered at this location for pickup. My order is always pretty much the same, philly steak with ham and cheese and thin crust. This time at the pickup I tell them that it is burnt (see picture) she says no that’s how it is (which is NOT true). As if it’s my first time ordering a pizza. Attitude and service —> ZERO.
I was late and didn’t want to argue and didn’t have time to wait for another one.
Unfortunately (because it’s close to home) I am not going to order here again.

Ordered cheesy bread and two medium pizza and brownies and Coke. Everything was made in good time with good work. Benjamin did a fantastic job with efecent delivery. Hot fresh and good food. I’ll be back again.
