I was so disappointed today!! Okay, so here’s the story. I order this same order from this location all the time and while sometimes something mat hot be perfect; tonight, my entire order and experience as a whole was garbage! The portioning for the pasta and tots was almost comical. The pizza in the order was overcooked in some places and under in others and forget about the extra sauce that was requested. The pasta was very overcooked but it did have a good flavor in the bite I did try before tossing it with the rest of my order. Finally, the experience at the store. I requested curbside today and put my flashers on as requested. But, when I received the note my order was ready I patiently waited…and waited.. and waited…. until I couldn’t stand it any longer as I was already too tired from work and traffic to sit and continue to wait for something clearly not coming out. So, I go in and see 5 workers and my order just hanging out there waiting like me. .. getting cold. So overall not a good experience and one of the worst food orders I’ve had in years!! All wasted money… now in the garbage.

The customer service is amazing here. Always on point. My pizzas are always on time. They make the pies exactly how I request. Very friendly and the times that ive chosen delivery over pick up, my pizzas always get to the house on time. Few times I forgot to mention my unit and they figured it out.

Very bad experience at this Domino’s on Highway 99. My card was charged for someone else’s order because their card machine was not working properly, and the charge was incorrect. I showed the manager a message from my card company, but she was very rude and uncooperative and did not help resolve the issue. She also seemed unsure of what she was doing.
This was extremely frustrating, and I felt completely ignored. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

Card reader beeped at me so I pulled my card out and the transaction cancelled, employee came back round and said in the most condescending tone how what I did was wrong? And made some lie about how the machine needs 10 minutes to reset, but he can’t use the other card reader either because it’ll ruin the entire system. Mind you he didn’t even reset the computer, nor the system at all, tried to make me wait extra time for food that was already prepped and spoke rudely. Not coming back.

Ordered from here probably 4 times in the last month. This staff is spot on every time. They always get it right, they work hard and they greet every guest with kindness and respect. I will definitely keep coming back. Great job to this staff you can tell they care.

I ordered pizza ahead of time and chose curbside pick up. The text instructed you to reply with “here” which as you can see I did. Ten minutes later I’m still sitting in my car so I decided to walk inside to get my pizza instead. Walking up I see someone sitting on their phone which was annoying to begin with but when I asked for my order, I was told that I didn’t indicate I had arrived which is not true.
Upon looking back at the website, they changed my pick up time to 6:50 which was the time I originally sent the text and definitely NOT time I actually got my pizza so beware because they’ll change it and make it seem like they were on time.

The quality has taken a nosedive recently. I’ve ordered several pizzas in the past few weeks and they actually made me feel ill. The standard crust is like a thin crust now and tastes weird – not sure if they not proofing the dough correctly or if the recipe changed. I have always loved Dominos for having great crust. No more. The service has been poor. I ordered light cheese with one order because I just wanted a thinner layer than the thick cheese on most pizzas – there was almost zero cheese, making the pizza almost inedible. I paid $2 for extra cheese on one pizza today and there was actually less cheese than on a second standard pizza we ordered (and both were skimpy on cheese).
Based on this, I plan to find a new pizza place moving forward. So disappointing. They are super fast; I’ll give you that, but they were fast when they used to make good pizza here, too. Grieving what used to be my favorite pizza place.

I usually prefer Domino’s Pizza in the area for a quick snack, but I’ve noticed a decline in quality over the past few orders. They’ve started skimping on ingredients, especially cheese, which has been significantly reduced. This time, I paid extra for additional cheese, but the pizza only had what used to be the regular amount. While the pizza itself tasted great, the customer service left a lot to be desired.
When I went to pick up my order (after paying online), the employee made me sign on the spot and even checked to see if I tipped. Despite this, he didn’t greet me or thank me when I picked up my order. Strangely, I noticed he was overly friendly to a male customer picking up pizzas at the same time. He just a few coins, probably a quarter or so, since he paid with cash. So I could assume he was maybe a racist or sexist because I’m a different race/sex from that customer. The inconsistency in service and quality is disappointing.
