They consistently get my order wrong. Last Saturday I ordered delivery, they brought only half the items. When I called the store for reimbursement, they said they’ll do it. But they never credited to my card. This appears to be a store that steals from customers. Avoid!

For some odd reason, I put in an order in at the domino’s at cottage lake.. while sitting at the one at 100th in kirkland. So my pizza was still thirty minutes away.. long story short, boss man made my order no problem and got me on my way. He definitely didnt need to do .. but we’re human we mess up. A big thanks to the guys at the shop off of 100th in kirkland !

I’m just wondering why 4 slices on this pizza got skimped on the cheese and sauce to the point there is nothing but dough? It’s not like we have a food shortage. It’s a whole four slices. It’s half the pizza. Come on guys. Very disappointed.

Best late night delivery in Kirkland. Tonight though, Albert made the best pizza I’ve ever ordered in the last 20+ years of ordering from this location. Give this person a raise!! False advertisement. Online there’s a deal for 2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each. Put in your zipcode, and as soon as it realizes you’re in Washington it adds a dollar. You can literally see it happen in front of your face.
How anyone can support a company that’s so clearly price gouging a market that they feel can afford higher prices is beyond me.

Were out of the type of pizza I ordered. Didn’t notify me beforehand. Substituted for something else instead then charged me full price for the pizza I didn’t want. Had to reach out to the corporate office to request a refund. This type of lack of service has become consistent at this store. Last time, my order said it was ready but wasn’t. After an hour of waiting, they said they were short staffed and wouldn’t make my pizza “for a while”
