Bad service. I came with my children, one of them was having a birthday and wanted pizza, and we thought we’d eat here because it’s supposed to have tables. I bought a large soda and it turns out they don’t have disposable plates, cups, or napkins. They should just remove the tables already!

I just ordered a pizza from Domino’s and was shocked to find a piece of cardboard baked inside the crust. Yes — actual cardboard, hidden under the cheese and dough. I nearly ate it without realizing.
This is not just careless — it’s a serious health hazard. What if a child had eaten that? The quality control here is clearly nonexistent.
You can see everything in the photos I attached — the pizza, the bones from the wings, and the cardboard baked right into the crust. Completely disgusting.
I demand a full refund for whole order.
Domino’s, please take this seriously. No one should ever have to deal with something like this from a food chain.

We had a minor issue with the food that I am not going to focus on, and the manager corrected it so I am giving 4 starts bcuz I appreciate the customer service, cant ask for more than that. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with the same delivery driver.
Months ago I ordered and they mixed up my order with someone else’s so I waited another hour to get my order, I was kinda understanding back then and tipped the him more for coming back; I thought that was cool of him to do.
This time I just get one pizza and one drink. No drink this time. Said he would go back and get it. Ended up just calling the store and telling them never-mind.
Just a frustrating experience.

Amazing customer service at this location. Shout out to shannon for being so pleasant and so willing to make sure that I enjoyed my experience. I somehow ordered from a different store when I made it to pick up my pizzas here we found that they didn’t have an order. One of the new young ladies took my order and offered to help me told me it would be about 10 minutes for them to make the new pizzas. I’ve stood in the lobby waiting and was asked by a nice gentleman named Matt if I had been helped literally as soon as he came to the door dropping off a delivery. Oh I noticed they were all very clean washing their hands they worked very well together. And shannon provided me with paper plates napkins and some really awesome Domino’s cups and mentioned he didn’t want me doing the dishes tonight. Five stars for this locationAmazing customer service. Reading some of the comments in recent weeks made me a bit hesitant to order from this store, but I also considered the positive ones and gave it a try. They did not disappoint! Our food arrived within 25 minutes from ordering, and it was hot and fresh. We will definitely order from them again soon.

I was very clear at the beginning of call that I wanted to place an order for delivery and found they put in as carry-out when I called after waiting an hour and instead of making new pizzas, they brought the original pizzas that were cold.
