The manager Miles has the worst customer service skills. They made my pizza wrong and refused to make it right. They essentially stole my money and I never got the pizza I paid for. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with this franchise.

We ordered 2 pizzas and pasta tonight. Absolutely everytime we order food, something isn’t made correctly. Tonight, the topping on one pizza was burnt and the pasta was 1/4 of the way full with 5 pieces of chicken (chicken Alfredo). I keep ordering thinking maybe it’s just because they just opened. Maybe they have newbies in training. Maybe it’s just one time thing. But it keeps happening. This is the last time we order from this store. Which sucks because we live right next to it. We’ve complained everytime. But the complaints don’t seem to make a difference.

This place is run well, and my food has been consistently delivered quickly. The one time there was any kind of wait, I received a phone call from the manager apologizing. THAT is awesome. Dominos has upped their game. I like this pizza, I like my options, and I like the prices. Perfect comfort food.

Staff doesn’t seem to understand that the Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch is “finished off with a drizzle of buffalo sauce”. We’ve had two of them so far with no sauce.
Yesterday we called about it and the woman didn’t understand that there was no buffalo sauce on it and that it has it, per the menu.
Then she just hung up on us.
Had to drive over to explain in person, with the pizza, to show her the pizza as well as the description on the menu.
1-star rating is completely due to being hung up on by staff that doesn’t know what toppings are standard on that pizza. That should never be acceptable for a worker to do.
Everything else was fine. We’ve never had this issue with any of the other local locations, just this one.

Loved the service, food was great since opening. The last 3 orders have been very bad, with the last one (ordered on 1/11/25) barely any sauce or cheese. I was happy to hear Dominos was coming here because I had to drive into the city before, but Medford Dominos is sounding much better now.

It was late at night and i still received great service by a staff that greated me with a smile and made a good pizza. They have delivery too, but I picked mine up at the restaurant. It was extremely clean. I will eat there again which is one of my higher compliments.

My family and I ate here on the road south, and they had the best pizza ever. Miles and Austin were kind, professional, and helpful. The restrooms were sparkling clean. And like I said, the pizza was hot, the ingredients fresh – it was just delicious. Will definitely be back whenever we come back through.

I wish I could leave a better review, but the new Domino’s is not good. Husband ordered for our kids and there were hardly any toppings, and the crust is awful, the wings are about the size of a 50-cent coin. It is cheap, but it is a complete waste of money. Our dog wouldnt even eat it. We will never come back to this place ever again.
