This is crazy. Placed an order online around noon, drove 30 minutes to grab it, and there was 1 other person in the lobby. Not busy at all. Picked up my pizza, it was burnt. I paid for 5 ranch cups and got marinara instead (???). On top of it all, there was a HAIR BAKED INTO THE PIZZA. Like, I could suspend an entire piece of pizza by that hair. I have long hair so I usually brush it off as mine if I ever find one, but this one was IN THERE. Definitely not mine. Foul. It’s okay to have an off day, but y’all quality check this shit. Come on.

We order pizza here frequently however the last two times our order hasn’t been correct. The first time I didn’t say anything and we just dealt with it. Tonight 2 of our 3 pizzas were made in correctly. We initially thought it was just the one but turns out it was 2. Called the store on the first one and they said they would get it remade and redelivered. Once I realized the second was wrong I called right back. Mind you this was less than a minute later as my fiancé didn’t know the exact topping I had ordered on mine. The guy who answered yet again basically tried to brush me off the phone. He said that I didn’t order the extra toppings and didn’t want to do anything about the order being wrong. As I type this I am waiting to see if they redeliver the first pizza and will update if they did not. We will not be back and will just drive to the crater ave location in Medford for pick up…fun fact they just do not deliver to our house. We have never had an order wrong from the Crater Ave location.

Im living out of boxes due to moving so I actually been coming here alot like every day to every other day. The food is great although sometimes a little over cooked. Anyway I asked the crew about their rewards and sadly no one knew anything, how it works how to enter points nothing. But im guessing no one wanted to be bothered with helping me and if they didn’t know how thats a shame. Oh well

Every time we get a Delivery there’s an issue. Every time!! Your drivers don’t Pay attention. If the pizza not a the Neighbors, it’s another issue. why would you not have your drivers carry cash especially if the delivery(s) are in cash?? “Oh they have $20” lol

I love pizza restaurant. This location in particular is pretty good. Has always made my pizza as directed. I like my pizza Well Done w/ White garlic Parm Sauce. And they make it how i like it without burning it. Also the sandwiches are done just right and also i appreciate the fast delivery service. Thanks Eagle Point Domino’s

This place has it going for them. Super friendly staff and willing to help you even if you are just sitting in your car waiting for your pizza to get done . The pizza is one of the freshest I have ever tasted for a chain restaurant. The the bread sticks are light and fluffy with a soft snap of the crust when you bite into it. With just the right amount of butter and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. You can go wrong with good food and friendly service with the new Domino’s Pizza in Eagle Point. Figaro’s pizza better watch out

Edited, called in a large order. Included philly pizza and philly tots. The meat was cooked black!!! Burnt. Downgrading my rating due to this. End of edit. We normally cook our own or go to a restaurant. It was getting late and we were tired. We got a large pizza. Staff was nice and very prompt. We added a lava cake to the order. Omg, pizza was great and the cake delicious. We’ll be bavk.
