A few days ago, I ordered what was supposed to be Mango Habanero chicken wings from your Q street location in Springfield, Oregon.
Let me tell you, I’ve been ordering dominos pizza for like 15 years, I absolutely love your pizza. From the garlicky dough in your pizza, your amazing bread bites, and your tender wings!
I’ve never not been satisfied, that is until lately. I ordered what was supposed to be mango habanero wings. They came dry, there was little to no sauce or flavor, it was just baked chicken at that point. Usually, it comes full of sauce and flavor and the wings are moist and juicy, but this wasnt the case this time unfortunately.

I order my pizza on line 2/25/2026 around 6 pm, app said to be done 6:45-655. Went to store 6:50, they did not even Even had my pies made. They they where super busy. Stayed and watch 5 guys 3 slowly working and two doing nothing but walk around. If I did not already paid online for pizza I would just walk out. I was not the only one. 15 minutes after showing up the two guys walking around made my pizza.
I will not be going to that store again, if I even by pizza from Domino’s again.

On the night of January 18th, the smoothest delivery occurred. Whoever delivered my two pizzas for drop off at the door step deserves a raise. The operation took place with such stealth, my dogs slept right through it with no inkling that a stranger had stepped foot on their land. 5+ stars for delivery. Pizza was as expected.

Building a pizza is always a challenge. So many toppings, yet so little time. The front counter menu was kind of intimidating. On the bright side, I eat practically anything. The Deluxe pizza met my expectations. I can’t wait to try another item from the menu.

The address they have is not even for the Domino’s it’s for the Jersey Mike’s I called the store to get the exact address so that I could go to the correct location to pick up my pizza and they gave me the same address as Jersey Mike’s

For the last 2 years we have been ordering pizza from you at least once a week. Never had any complaints. Tonight we ordered at 8 and it is now 10:30…and no pizza.!!! Tracker said it left your store an hour ago. Unacceptable!! Sucks…you lost faithful customers.

This place has always been great. Food wise, it’s been delicious wings and pizza every time I have ordered, until today. The pizza was deformed, slices were all different sizes, no barely to no pepperoni and jalapeños. No cheese on half of the pizza. Like – tip – from now on checking the pizza before taking it from the dominoes or when they deliver.

Place use to be good but I’m not sure what happened. The quality of the food has significantly went downhill over the past 2 years. It’s overpriced and if you ask for extra cheese they somehow give you less cheese than a normal pizza.
Super disappointing. I use to frequent here every week/2 weeks. I am now a Papa John’s fan. They’re super underrated and actually listen to the customer.
