Listen. Domino’s quality is the same across the country. We always love it. I knew ordering delivery on a Sunday night would take a little longer. But I wasn’t expecting to wait almost 2 hours. That’s not what made me mad though. This rating is low specifically for how the pizza showed up after all that waiting and the fact that I literally could not get through to call about it on the phone. Missing part the toppings? How did that get through the quality check? Never ordering delivery from this location again. If I do order at all, I’ll be switching to pickup only and checking the box before I leave the building.

Waited 2hours for delivery. If you’re trying to feed kids DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY from them. Called and was waiting for someone to pick up for 20mins. The guy said please give delivery another 20mins and if it still hasn’t delivered then call again, and I had to call again! Placed order at 6:03pm and received finally at 8:08pm. We ordered a plain cheese pizza and there was pineapple on it. Sloppy job!!

My friend came over & was talking about wanting pizza. The next thing you know, Domino’s sent me a coupon, on my phone. Yep, they were listening. We were going to use the coupon they sent me, but it was for carryout only, so that was quite disappointing. We used the app anyhow & she ordered for delivery. She got a build your own pizza, with Italian sausage, pepperoni & mushrooms, on thin crust. She also ordered spicy jalapeno pineapple chicken bites. She said the chicken was excellent & she really loved the flavor. She said the pizza was cooked perfectly & really enjoyed the crispness of the thin crust. She said they did the pizza exactly as she ordered, extra cheese & extra marinara sauce. I personally got a kick out of watching the Domino’s tracker, telling me each step of the order. “Richard is making your pizza, putting it in the oven, quality checking your order, Bryan is driving to your location, Bryan is on your street, Bryan is at your door”. They did contactless delivery, by the way. We were giggling at the exactness of the order tracker. Pretty cool. The price, with delivery, tip & food, came to $23.47, which my friend said wasn’t bad at all.

Used to be a fan until today. Driver left the shop and parked nearby for over 30 minutes. Got a cold pizza an hour after they said it was out for delivery. Tried calling the store, but was just put on hold for 15 minutes and they hung up.
And I tipped 6$ on a free pizza order.

Why have a phone if you can’t answer it ?? It’s frustrating when you have a issue and you try to call the store and no one picks up or the teenagers working there just laugh it off like your problems are not a concern not very happy with the service will just order from Papa John’s at least the team member there thank you for a tip
