EDIT: what the heck… last week I ordered and the toppings were scarce. Then I ordered again today, it took about an hour to get my pizza and tots. The tots were $10 and not at all worth it and the pizza toppings were scarce again. My fault for ordering from a corporate chain
Luke did a great job though! I’m guessing deliveries were behind, but he was hauling ass to get them caught up

I ordered two pizzas, large pizzas from domino’s.With pepperoni, banana peppers and spinach and I requested extra pizza sauce.Added to my pizzas, that is not what I got.I got my pictures.They were lukewarm, (NOT HOT)..
It took them over an 1:30 minutes to drive 6 miles up the road to give me my pizzas. There was no extra sauce on any of the pizzas so I am very displeased on how this went about.

I would give it zero if possible. They mark food delivered at least 10 minutes before you get your food. I wait an hour tonight after marked delivered, called to see what the deal was got told they didn’t get an order for me. Then told me oh the driver is almost there and asked if I got a call, that I received while I was on hold with them after 35 minutes the order was marked delivered. They offer a free medium pizza for their mistakes but you wouldn’t get it anyway with how bad delivery is online when I said there was an issue. Their solution over the phone was to cancel and refund…. How about I have a family to feed and you do your job.

When I came in to pick up my pizza, their was an employee standing at the table with pizzas in front of him needing to be cut. He was on his phone with no gloves he finishes what he was doing on his phone and then proceeded to pick up the knife to cut the pizza. Can I just say EEWww o was grossed out i mean how many germs are in our phones for him to go from texting to food preparation is gross. I do t have a problem with phones or pizza i just do t want the person who’s making and cutting my pizza to be sharing his pho e germs with me is that too much to ask. Also they only get one star for service because when I walked in no o e said a thing to me as I stood there at the counter for like “Ever” and there were 3 people there. I looked at them all doing something but not one looked at me or greeted me until a lady stopped atickering the boxes and came over asked if I had a pick up or wanted to order. All N All the place was weird, gross, and lacked good customer service for sure.

I ordered a large pepperoni,large pizza with olives and mushrooms on the right side and cheese on the left,cheesy bread and 16 piece of Parmesan bites.I didn’t get any cheesy bread, one of the pepperoni pizza slices has a hole in it, there was mushrooms on the left side and olives on the right side. Nobody answers the phone at this location. Everything has to be ordered online. Domino’s is definitely going downhill. They told me they were understaffed that’s why they couldn’t answer the phone as I stand here and watch three people stand around.

I didn’t receive my order, I called 4 times and kept getting hung up on over and over. I eventually called the other Corvallis location and spoke with the manager who had to text the monroe location’s manager telling them to answer the phone. Then when I was finally able to speak to the Monroe location, the manager was hostile, rude, and denied hanging up on me. This was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with. I’m just trying to get my food.

I paid for extra meat on my philly cheesesteak pizza (which it states in the receipt). I opened the box and you couldn’t even see one piece of steak. My sandwich hardly had meat either and the bread was so crispy I could hardly chew it. I ordered online and paid ahead, then went to the store where the only worker was making pizzas. I stood there for a few minutes, then got out my phone and tapped the “heading in” button, which chimed and alerted him I was there since he hadn’t bothered to look over and see me. You are better off going to the one on 9th Street. So disappointing.
