We ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and olive, half pineapple and Ham. It took about an hour to get to us. We followed the little delivery car on the app and it passed our location several times to what I assumed was other deliveries. About 46 minutes into the wait the app said our pizza was delivered but I had been standing by the front door and it wasn’t. I follow the prompts on the app for a concern / rating the delivery because I hadn’t gotten the pizza. The app only let me make a comment, had two boxes one offering a 20% discount and the other free crazy bread. I chose no thanks because I wanted my pizza. About 6 minutes later the driver showed up where’s my pizza, he was polite and I thanked him. I got upstairs open the pizza and was extremely disappointed, so were my children. Several of the pieces didn’t even have sauce, cheese or toppings on them, literally just pieces of crust, like maybe the pizza fell in the box except the sauce and cheese weren’t spilled anywhere on the box either. I tried to contact dominos with no luck so I left a concern / complaint with the corporate office. This was several days ago and they still have not returned an email or phone call. I’ll let these pictures speak for themselves.

Just got our pizza delivered. What the heck happened here Domino’s? The pizza is stuck to lid and there’s no dipping sauces for the sides. They were out of 2 liters of sprite so they gave us two 20 Oz bottles…the math isn’t mathing here. It’s really disappointing.

Just got pizza delivered like this (see photo), not sure if it was store or driver (tipped $5 dollars, all I had) but immediately after me and my son were done we both puked our guts out and then out the other end. Perfectly fine before the pizza now both ridiculously sick!!! So SOMEONE did something to our food— criminal. Every time we order delivery here it’s something but they went too far this time! Reporting to BBB, they could have done some serious damage!

The staff is friendly and ease of ordering is top notch, but the product is just not good. We ordered a basic cheese pizza. The crust was undercooked and the cheese didn’t reach the edge of the crust. Ended up throwing most of it away. Go to Little Caeser’s instead.

I ordered a chicken alfredo bread-bowl and marble brownies. The order took over an hour to complete and deliver with the order arriving 10 mins after the app said it was successfully delivered. The order did not include a breadbowl but the regular chicken alfredo, and the brownies (which are usually delicious) were overcooked and terrible. The whole order was also cold. Food said it was done at 9:00 but wasn’t delivered until 9:40. When I called after not receiving my food I talked to a crew member who nicely explained that the only driver delivered five orders before mine. This is probably why it was cold. I do not recommend going through Dominos directly for delivery at this address, try a different app. Overall I do not recommend!

Worst dominos I’ve ever eaten in my life. Back in town and wanted some pizza, got privileged with my out of state dominos I ate at frequently. This dominos food is incredibly bland, water is more flavorful. My pasta bowl has a tablespoon of sauce, dry as the desert, and what sauce there is on it half is burnt to the bowl. Ordered extra cheese on my pizza but you’d never know that, there’s gaps where there is no cheese. Huge crust bubbles, thick dry sauce ring between crust and cheese, and absolutely no garlic butter on the crust whatsoever. This food was some of the most tasteless food I’ve ever put in my mouth that eating this pasta bowl the strongest flavor is the metal from my fork. Mind you I love dominos, my go to pizza. Stay away from this place, though, far better places to pick up your pizza in Corvallis. So terrible I can’t even finish this food I paid $30 for, not worth it. Save your money, save your taste buds.
Customer service was good. Nothing chatty or very friendly, but very cooperative and polite. Got a full refund on my food, no fuss, simple and sweet.

I always like to get the medium pizzas here usually but this time I got the large pizza and there was SO MUCH sauce, it didn’t get fully cooked in the oven all the way and left me feel kind of sick which is unusual, I think it had to have been the sauce… Also I can’t believe they are charging people $1.00 for every sauce cup and make you pay for red pepper flakes and parmesan, like no other pizza place makes you pay for that stuff?? I can go across the street to little Caesars and not only get all the packets for free but they also have better sauce selections! I’m not sure when they started doing this or if it’s always been this way but it’s pretty disappointing in my opinion… Overall I would reccomend little Caesars or pizza hut if your on a budget…

Every. Single. Time. That I’ve ever ordered from this store, they’ve done something wrong.
Last time they took so long that I had to go to the store and try to grab it myself, and when I got there, they said it was because the driver had 6 pizzas. By the time I got my food, it was cold, and wasn’t even the correct pizza.
Also, when I was calling them to ask about the order so that I didn’t have to go in AFTER PAYING FOR DELIVERY, they didn’t answer. I sent my girlfriend to check if they had the pizza and she watched them literally ignore the ringing phone for 5 minutes+. These guys have got the be the most unprofessional team I’ve ever seen.
Fast forward to now, I figured a Monday night would be a different story. I ordered at 6:17, now it is 9:14 and I still have not received my pizza; and guess what? No one wants to answer the phone either. There is absolutely no way for me to get my food besides waiting and hoping that they decide hey let’s bring these people their food.
Worst dominos EVER.

I ordered a large pizza, parm bites and stuffed jalapeño bread. The pizza was almost cold by the time it arrived and the stuffed cheesy bread wasn’t what I ordered, it came as the spinach and feta. So not only was my order cold, I received something that I didn’t order and ultimately didn’t eat
When the driver arrived, he handed me only the pizza and stuffed cheesy bread, unless I mentioned the parm bites, I would have been shorted.
Standards need to be established here. I remember a time I actually looked forward to eating At dominos. But lately I don’t have the same desire to eat here anymore like I once used to.

The Domino’s on 9th Street in Corvallis is the worst. I always try to order from the one on Monroe because it’s a far better experience more often than not. Unfortunately for me, my husband thinks the store on 9th is more convenient due to its proximity to us. Over the last five years, we’ve had countless order mishaps (usually with no offers to correct their mistakes unless they’ve forgotten an item in a delivery order) that typically end up sending me to Little Cesar’s for cheap pizza as a replacement. To top that off, we are never greeted when we go pick up our food—despite making full eye contact with the two to four employees typically on shift—and I’m often the one initiating contact in regards to my order. Once you make it through the painfully heavy door to go pick up your order, it looks like they’ve made next to no attempt at cleaning the establishment where the food is prepared. And to top it off, I went in there this evening to pick up the food my husband ordered and was once again left standing there for several minutes, completely ignored, and watched no less then three employees take their headphones in and out of their ears several times to communicate with each other and then go back to touching the food they were making—without washing their hands. I’m so disgusted. I don’t even want to feed my family this food, which is wild because even with their online coupons it’s still crazy expensive to feed a household as big as mine. Genuinely, I may be overreacting but that was so gross to me. The amount of germs they’re spreading alone… yuck. I would never have done anything like that when I worked in the food industry. Fast food doesn’t mean you lose the standard of food safety. And then to be met with hostility when I asked if my order was the one sitting there getting cold while they all pretended they didn’t have customers? Yeah, no thank you. I’ll either order from the more expensive places in town or stick with Little Cesar’s cardboard crap of a pizza.
