Granddaughter ordered pizza on 8/10/25 without asking what others wanted. I called to change order. The employee was more than helpful and very friendly. The ordered arrived in a timely manner. And my apologies to the delivery driver for my granddaughter screaming when she opened the door. She was letting the cat out and had no idea you were at the door.

I have ordered from the Domino’s Pizza on Commercial Street SE while staying at the Phoenix Inn Suites Salem while in town on business.
The service is always fast and friendly and the food was always delivered hot, fresh, and delicious.
You can even make a trip and take some great food and eat at Silver Falls State Park which is only about 25 miles to the East.
If you are going to be in town and are in the mood for pizza and such, then I definitely recommend trying this shop.

I had the very best experience at this establishment . After taco bell and burger king turning us away for no reason refusing to take our order we came here . Me and my 2 year old daughter who was in her stroller and my friends 2 kids .. we walked in the staff was friendly and hard working and the place was so clean amazing atmosphere. Good job dominos. We were given a coupon and treated with the utmost respect the food was delicious and it was made in a very timely manner. Thank you dominos for hiring hard working and very kind and compassionate employees

Rapid collapse of quality. Every month for the past few months, I order from here, and something goes wrong. The app consistently does not let you edit your order. If you want extra or light sauce, too bad. You have what they put on there. And they are very stingy at this store.
So I call in the store to have them edit the order and they tell me it’s already cooking. I ask if I’m going to get a dry bowl of rock hard pasta and they say no you have our guarantee. I receive a dry bowl of rock hard pasta. They won’t even give you napkins, meanwhile the Lancaster store will stock you up with napkins.
I don’t know if there’s been a change of management but whoever is in charge is running a terrible operation, and I can only feel bad for the employees who have to work for them.

I always get great service from this Domino’s and the drivers are very friendly. The food is always great and gets here timely. I highly recommend the Bacon Ranch Sandwich. It is Yummy!!!!

Well I ordered a special they had of 2 one topping pizzas etc. It took awhile but thats not the issue. My order was wrong and the part that was right was the skimpiest pizza I have ever seen. So I called them and when asked about the lack of topping he said maybe it was hidden in cheese and agreed to send correct pizza but no acknowledgement of my inquiry as to why so skimpy to begin with. So the delivery guy was cool but Im never getting pizza at Dominos again. Coulda made it look like the ad picture.

The last 5 times I have ordered from here I haven’t gotten what I ordered. I always add extra sauce and extra cheese, I do not get extra anything. It’s like they ONLY read the pizza part and non of the extra stuff. Every, single, pizza I have ordered here has been either dry or just completely sauceless. I always get minimal cheese and sauce no matter what. If I order at ANY other Dominoes and I add extra sauce and cheese, when I get the pizza the whole thing is literally falling apart from how much they add. So it’s obviously just this location. Last time I tried to call about it and they said “Nope, we read and do the orders just like everyone else” if that was true then why do I keep getting dry pizza? Or pizza with ALL the sauce right in the middle as if they didn’t spread it? Anyway, I’ll be ordering from other locations from now on, and I suggest you do that same.
