Pizza was done right on time. Walked in just in time for them to pull it out of the oven and out of the pan tossing my toppings all over the place and sliding toppings all over the place. Ask for a little extra cook on my wings and didn’t really get it. Said something to the young man that was taking my payment and he just kind of shrugged it off. No biggie. Got back to the house and was digging into pizza that was very bland. Hardly any vegetables on it and pretty sparse on the meat. Wings were about the size off of a guinea hen. Bottom line, do yourself a favor and get your pizza elsewhere.

What’s bad is when you ask for a combo pizza and they give me a onion and cheese pizza. I called them and he said I said no meats. Why would I order a combo without any of the meats. They wouldn’t fix the problem. Not going to order anything from the dominoes on Lancaster in Salem Oregon again. Especially if they can’t fix the pizza. I want the tip back.

Made an online order for delivery. I was given a 45-57 min long wait. I kept tabs on the order tracker, and it had it on the making status for over an hour. I finally took it upon myself to call them, which I understand companies having an automated menu to make things easier, but it can be frustrating when the system is set up to make an order, not help an existing one or anything else until after setting up an order. When someone finally answered, she told me that there was 4 orders ahead of me. This is fine, I get being busy, but there is part of me that knows that my order was probably ahead of theirs. It would have been nice to be notified that original allotted time was not going to be accurate. I can deal with that if it’s properly communicated. But I think the blame can be placed on poor management for not properly equipping staff. Thank you to the hard workers who bend over backwards to help people under a messed up corporation.

Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. I ordered a cheese bread with a medium pizza, and needed specific ingredients left off for allergy reasons, they made it perfectly! I appreciated the attention to detail and the fast service. Cleanest location I’ve seen as well!

Ordered for delivery as my partner and I were in the middle of finishing a house project. Pizzas arrived looking like the driver was pulling doughnuts right before dropping off. I tried calling 4 times to get the situation rectified only to be transferred each time and then promptly disconnected. I had to drive to the location to solve the problem. So much for paying the extra fee for delivery.

You know, usually pizza is at least ok here. But today was just awful. See pictures attached to this review. There was so much grease it soaked through one box onto others just in the time to deliver it. I usually like this Domino’s but some times the good employees must call in sick all in the same day or something.

Took about 2 hours to receive our order. I didn’t mind that at all, I know of the possibility of dominoes being understaffed. But what was annoying was not only did they get our order completely wrong. Apparently dominoes now offer ultra thin pizza crust. It was also nearly burnt and dry.
