I ordered Domino’s on a night that was already going badly, and somehow it got more interesting. My delivery driver, Patrick, showed up late, not because of traffic, not because of the store, but because his CR-V broke down across town. Instead of canceling or giving up, he made his way over anyway, clearly having traveled way farther than any pizza should reasonably require.
When he arrived, he was exhausted but apologetic, still doing his job like nothing had gone wrong. The pizza itself was what you’d expect from Domino’s: hot enough, greasy, familiar. Not life-changing, but honestly the food felt secondary to the fact that it arrived at all.
As a customer, I can’t really complain. The delay had a real reason, the driver communicated, and the order showed up despite everything. If anything, this review is less about the pizza and more about Patrick committing hard to this delivery

Dyllan was really nice. I was confused about the delivery times on the tracker and called the store to just get the estimated time. He got to my house so quick. Food was okay, it’s Dominos. Dyllan was really nice though. Give that man a raise.

I order from Domino’s a couple of times s week, so i will have lunch at work. My order is incorrect so often that I have to check to make sure it’s correct before I leave the store. My only options when they screw it up, is to have them remake it, which is don’t have time for, as I am on my way to work, or take what they have made without any compensation for the add ons that I pay extra for.

The manager Jace was very rude to his employees and yelling at them in front of the customers is that how they treat their employees. I was very uncomfortable with him and bad for his employees. It was around 6:15 pm I’m from out of state and was very shocked about how he was treated him staff. He needs to be fired and turned into the BBB

I ordered a Memphis BBQ chicken pizza last week with no onions. I specifically ordered this pizza for my 3 year old grandson who has autism. He has major food aversion but by some miracle he has added this specific pizza specifically from Dominos to the few foods he will eat. I buy him a whole pizza even though he’s only going to eat a couple slices because I know it’s the only thing he is willing to eat. I get home and the pizza has onions on it. I didn’t want to bother with complaining about it so I just made the best of it. I ordered another pizza tonight again with no onions and light sauce. I get home and tried to give my grandson a bite of the pizza but the sauce came squirting out all down the front of him and now he wants nothing to do with it. It’s really frustrating to order pizza a specific way and not get it that way. If customizing it isn’t available, that’s one thing, but if you offer the option to customize the pizza to work for what you need, then it would be nice if it actually came the way you ordered it. Frustrating when you already are struggling to get a child to eat and now you have to figure out something different that he might possibly eat for dinner, since what you just spent $20 on is obviously going in the garbage. The pizza I posted pics of is the “light sauce” one that I ordered tonight. I tried to eat it but felt like I was drinking BBQ sauce.

Just ordered $50 worth of pizzas received two pizzas and not cut had to pull it apart tried to call to explain the situation then general manager named Jay on Wednesday 2/28/@6:30pm was speaking to be reckless and said there’s nothing we can do. I believe they lost a customer.

I ordered online and picked up my pizzas at the shop. I was greeted when I came in. My pizzas were ready to go, I didn’t have to wait at all. The pizzas were delicious and so too the brownies, I highly recommend the brownies.
