My company that I work for order multiple pizzas and 2 came in wrong. We ordered 2 ultimate pepperoni and what we got was dough and sauce. My supervisor called and asked about it and the lady was extremely rude, she said it was our fault but would remake it. They talked about what was on the pizza, dough, sause, pepperoni and cheese. When the new pizza got delivered it was dough, sauce and pepperoni. I called to try and figure out the breakdown in communication and she was extremely rude and wouldn’t remake, refund, wouldn’t give me her name and hung up on me. When I called back they wouldn’t answer the phone. I had a coworker call they answered, when asked to speak to a manager we got left on hold for them to never answer the phone. I will be calling and speaking to a manager and or corporate.

This location is hit or miss. I ordered last night and it was the thinnest most horrible pizza I’ve ever had. It was just a very sloppy thin texture in the dough it was over greased and just a waste of my money. We threw the pizzas out sometimes the pizzas come out good but mostly bad.

I had a great experience at Domino’s Happy Valley (172nd Ave) thanks to Zach and Sadie! I don’t eat meat unless it’s halal, so I requested a clean cut for my pizza. Zach made sure everything was handled properly and Sadie was super friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to accommodate my request, and I really appreciate their excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location Zach and Sadie are awesome!

I called to edit my online order that i placed, simply asking to add garlic parm sauce to the boneless chicken that i ordered. she was extremely rude and went on about how there’s no way she could give me a side of the sauce or anything whatsoever, and then when we said never mind she said “okay bye” and immediately hung up. it’s funny how the men have no problem getting orders correct, but anytime you deal with the women there, they can’t ever seem to help you.

I am so glad to see this Domino’s opening up with a short drive from our ranch.
My family loves pizza…from high end pizza to fast and easy pizza.
Domino’s made a recipe/business change a few years ago and now they have great pizza at a budget price.
So check this out…this is the coupon 2 topping pizza. $8.99. With Xtra cheese. Pan style.
The team hand tosses the pizza just like pizza makers did in the old days. Pan style is just the right amount of crust/toppings.

The team at this store ALWAYS has a friendly hello and smile.

You can’t get a hamburger to feed one person for $8.99!! This pizza feeds 2 or 3 for a nice lunch.

Extremely frustrating experience. Sierra told me I couldn’t customize an item that I’ve been customizing at Domino’s since around 2009. She was dismissive and acted like it was some impossible request. I called back the very next day, spoke to someone else, and they did it with no issue at all, proving she was either poorly trained or simply unwilling to help. Customer service is about finding solutions, not shutting customers down. Sierra has no business working in a customer facing role if this is how she treats people.

I don’t like being mean or negative, however, my hope is that this Domino’s can understand there are problems and improve. We have ordered at many Domino’s over the years and have never had an issue. This was our first and probably last time ordering from this location. My wife ordered 8 large pizzas on the app, drove to the location, waited for the tracker to let her know the pizza was ready, and then went inside.
The very kind delivery driver asked for her name, looked on the shelf, and said, “oh sorry there is an issue your pizza is not quite done yet.” He said something to the supervisor (that my wife couldn’t hear) and the supervisor started yelling and belittling him very publicly, very mean. My wife said, “ok no problem at all, we can wait, we’ll be right here at these tables.”
Wife went out and waited 15 mins. Then she went back in to check. The supervisor acted like they had no idea there was an issue. Then they blamed the delivery driver and said they would have to re make the order. So my wife went back out to the waiting tables. She waited an additional 35 minutes (the tracker was never turned back on). She finally went in to ask about the progress. A girl looks on the shelf and grabs 1 large and 1 small pizza and brings it to the counter. Except we’d ordered 8 large. So the supervisor comes back and blames my wife for ordering it from a different Domino’s location. So basically my wife sat out there for 50 minutes for nothing.
The supervisor was clueless, rude, and unhelpful. The supervisor belittled and blamed other workers. It was terrible service.

So I ordered a handmade pan pizza with Parmesan Bread Bites and what I got was a little disappointing. This is the second time I’ve ordered a side from this location where the side was pretty gross. There was no Parmesan to be found on these bread bites – it was just bread. I could hardly pull a piece of pizza out without pulling off other pieces with it. The crust does not look like your typical pan pizza (at least not compared to what I had ordered last time).

Follow Up: I spoke with the Director of Operations at this location and they really listened to and acknowledged what happened. Before the mentioned order above I never really experienced any issues with the quality of pizzas I picked up from this location. So I will definitely give them another shot especially with the quality of customer service I’ve received.

We order from here regularly and have had no complaint’s. Yesterday, we ordered the chicken parm sandwich. It had onions on it even though that sandwich isn’t supposed to come with onions. The chicken was minimal on the sandwich. On half had a tiny little piece and the other half had 2 little pieces of chicken. It was more a marina with cheese sandwich. We were disappointed. I have not found a way to fill out a survey so the store can this happened. So I wrote this review so hopefully they can improve.

I recently arrived here and ordered pizza, which was not worth the price when they charged me for additional toppings. The charge for additional jalapenos I had to pay $2 each, while my entire pizza consisted of approximately 5 small slices. We then proceeded to order the 8 piece wings, however, unfortunately, a portion of the bone with no meat was included as one of our 8 wings. It’s unfortunate that we will continue to patronize Mod Pizza from now on.
