I was staying in Woodburn for the holidays and ordered a stuffed crust pizza on NYE knowing I was going to want it after the evenings celebration once the store was closed.
I glanced at some of the online reviews and had a tinge of concern based on some of them but I gave y’all a chance.
Even though I planned on partaking in this stuffed crust somewhere around 2am New Year’s day – it was made so well, so fresh & delicious looking on pickup that I had to have a couple slices while it was still hot out of the oven.
Whoever was working NYE late afternoon nailed it across the board. Excellent

My pizza sat at the store according to the tracker for 20 minutes before the driver left. And then 40 minutes after I got the alert that the driver was on his way I got the pizza … Driver did apologize said that he had to wait for three other orders to get finished before he could come out and deliver mine but mine was the last delivery Pizza was mutilated and crushed… And the sandwich was cold I was told that they would remake it and send it out to me right away and then after another 45 minutes went by I called and checked on it and they said they’re not going to send me a new one because they’re too busy Then they hung up on me. The picture I’m adding is exactly how the pizza looked when I opened it

This review is for their chicken wings. Just had some delivered with pizza tonight and they were completely inedible—just fat on bones. Tried reporting through the app for their “Guarantee” but says I can’t until the delivery driver leaves the store. What? Order has been delivered. So I call the local number provided for the store and stay on hold for too long with no answer. $8.99 for a box of garbage. Pizza’s usually pretty good but don’t ever get the wings.

UPDATE: Pizza is now questionable, too. This looks like parts of multiple pizzas were boxed up together. They don’t quite fit and it’s not even fully cut. Where’s the missing wedge? Return to sender.

I ordered Domino’s delivery at 10:33 PM and received my order around 11:15 PM, only for it to be wrong. When I called the store, I was told I needed to bring the incorrect pizza back myself in order to receive the correct one — even though the mistake was entirely theirs and I paid for delivery.

When I went into the store, the situation became even more frustrating. The employee laughed at me, dismissed my concern, and claimed it was “the same crust, just stretched differently,” yet couldn’t even explain the difference between the two crusts when I asked. Instead of remaking the pizza correctly, she refused to fix it and tried to give me the exact same wrong pizza again.

I was not being difficult — I was simply asking for the pizza I paid for, not the one the employee felt like making. Being laughed at, brushed off, and denied a proper remake after paying for delivery is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

This was poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability. I won’t be returning.

SLOW!! Ordered for car side pickup, waited 20 mins outside the store, sought our order was ready , waited other 5 mins for them to bring it to the car, No one did! We had already checked in in the app since we had arrived but they just stared at the car and decided they wouldn’t deliver it like we had asked, if you don’t want to walk then don’t offer that option!

Horrible customer service. Literally walked in and all 4 employees just stared & ignored me. When someone finally came up to the counter, he just stared at me & didn’t say a word. A simple “hello” “goodbye” “thank you” goes along way. Basic manners, basic customer service.

I am just leaving Domino’s in Woodburn. My wife and I stopped in on our way home to order our usual Domino’s Pizza order. We normally do to the Silverton location where the employees go out of their way to provide amazing customer service. We definitely won’t be going back to the Woodburn Domino’s again. The employees are very very very rude. The pizza was downright awful also.

Every time I order online, the order is not ready. Today the online tracker wasn’t updating so I went inside and they seemed confused and then told me it would be 15 minutes, after I had already ordered online about 15 minutes ago. The time before that, it was almost exactly the same thing. This location is terribly run.

I don’t order online. Don’t want to hear it we have an automated service that you can order from. It sucks. Pay somebody to answer the damn phone. You can’t leave a tip even though it tells you the entire time you can leave a tip but then gives you no way to do it. Show their drivers don’t get a tip if the person doesn’t have cash on hand. I ordered one pizza I paid a ridiculous amount. Then my pizza was delivered over done. I had one piece and threw it away. From now on I will get frozen pizza for $6 add whatever I want and cook it myself. I’ll save myself $20 and the heartache of receiving an overcooked Pizza that should have never been served.
