Hit or miss. Not the first time things haven’t gone right here. Got a mix and match two topping pizza with only one of the toppings. You should make sure your order is correct before you leave kind of like going to Taco Bell or McDonald’s.

Stopped in tonight for a late night dinner with the family. Was excited to see the manager’s special hand written on the wall next to the register: “any pizza, any crust, any size 15.99”. I ordered three medium stuffed crust pizzas, paid, went to my car to wait. The notification of the charge came through on my phone for 63.92. When i picked up my order, i pointed out to the manager that i was charged more than $15.99 per pizza. He replied that stuffed crust wasn’t eligible. I pointed out that the special literally said, “any crust”. He asked me what i wanted him to do and i said refund me the difference. He refused and gave me the option of either paying the amount charged or leaving the pizza and canceling the order. I canceled. Thanks you dominoes for not honoring your posted “manager’s special” and for wasting 20 minutes of my night. Not only did you waste what should have been $48 of pizza, you also lost a customer… horrible customer service, and a smug and horrible manager.

Placed order for delivery @7:23pm food place on quality check @7:42pm estimated delivery latest said 8:11pm called store @8:10pm was told driver was on the way waited till 8:30pm still hadn’t received my food. Called the store again and was told food was still in store. Had to cancel order and was refunded. Won’t see refund for 2-5 business days.

Exactly what you would expect out of Domino’s. I called in my order and they hung up before asking my name. So of course when I got there they did have my pizza ready, but had to look for it because there was no name attached. The pizza was actually pretty decent. The sauce is not the greatest, but the crust was good, the cheese was really good, and the pepperoni was decent.

So I make my order online and pay $13 and some change. That worked with me. I go and get my pizza when it is ready and was told I didn’t pay. I paid online. I showed the worker my bank transaction and my order summary and she gets defensive and then grabs the manager. He comes out and same attitude. He told me it is right and I owe them $30. I told him the exact same thing. He told me that is right and that I need to pay. The other receipt shows my name and number but I have a confirmation email and transaction in my bank app to show that it is not mine. I looked over and saw my pizza and told them to check it and the manager said it probably is yours…. What?!? You agree this is wrong but still giving me unnecessary attitude. I just got off a 12 hour shift and just want to eat at home in peace. So after me getting frustrated they finally gave me my pizza that I ordered and paid for and I left. I for sure do not care to be treated that way. I work in a company where reviews are everything. I would never treat someone the way they treated me. Poor excuse for customer service from a corporation that used to be the best around.
