5 stars because this location makes the most of what they have. I’ve been to a handful of Domino’s locations throughout the nation and I never expect much but I know what I’m getting for the most part. This location deserves a mention for always making a nice pie. Cooked properly, always get the order correct and even distribution of toppings. I always pick up and when I come into the store everyone is always polite and working diligently. A note to the owner: You have a good crew, please treat them well. (Sorry, I ate most the pizza before snapping a photo but every experience I have here is a good one.)

Our pizzas were both raw and our “cheese pizza had maybe 10 shredded pieces of cheese on it, it’s literally just sauce on raw dough! I called to see if we could get a new pizza and went through a phone tree and have now been on hold for almost 10 minutes without talking to an actual person. This is insane for costing almost $50. Avoid!

We ordered a pizza with sausage however we got one that had pepperoni. Took the pizza back in and the cook came out and told me that he would make a large pizza to correct it. Based on that experience I rate this a five star. We understand people make mistakes and the professionalism and the courteous reply that I got was very appreciative.

I went down to the location as the online app was not working. I entered to find another customer agitated because the system was down and could not take a card. The other customer paid after getting cash at a nearby ATM. I spoke to the employee and he explained they had just opened and were trying to fix the issue and was very apologetic. I was happy to place an order as I have worked retail for over 20 years and fully understand that electronic issues happen and at no fault of the employees working in the store. My order was taken and I was given excellent service, the pizza was on point as always. The 3 employees were in great spirits and completed my order promptly and professionally. While my order was being made, the others continued to prep for their day and stayed busy. I was even given a polite “Have a great day” when leaving. Thank you for getting the job done, even when experiencing a technical issue. I didn’t catch the other 2 employees names, Abel was the gentleman that helped me on the counter. A+

I placed an online order. It said 15-25 minutes until delivered. I didn’t get my order for about 58 minutes. The store was right across the street (I was at work & ordered for me and co workers so could not leave to pick up). I don’t appreciate being told to expect delivery at one time and it actually being delivered way later than said. At least my food was warm. I liked that my cheesy bread had more cheese than I get at the dominoes where I live and usually order from. But I’ll take a restaurant that follows the time-line they tell me over extra cheese. And before anyone says something. I have worked fast food and understand being busy. But I’ve never told a customer a time frame for food and went almost 30 minutes over that.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at this location. They did mess up one of my pizzas and was very quick to correct it. Amazing customer service skills and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone in the area. My food was steaming hot right out of the oven.

Ordered online tonight and it gave me an estimated pick up time of 17 minutes and arrived to find they had been swamped with orders and were down 2 staff members, but the manager on duty did everything in his power to get me my pizza as quickly as possible in the middle of a very hectic situation. Dominos is very lucky to have him.

After driving for 7 hours and having no other place to eat, I was told by the staff that they would place my order in hold, that I had to come back in an hour, to place an order..no service?..now I’ll have to drive about a two hours out of town, to get some other place to eat at..plan your trip away from this place.

I ordered the New York style pizza and was given just a plain cheese pizza. Customer service was absolutely terrible, the manager of the place was just walking around taking his time with everything. And the place was packed btw. The girl running the front ignored us and other customers in the building while she talked with her coworkers. Completely unprofessional. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at the establishment, I won’t be going back.
