I don’t have a Domino’s near where I live, but this Domino’s is close to my work and I have ordered from here a lot. Today I had a great experience. I made my order online for 3:30, but I showed up about half an hour early. The kind person behind the counter asked me who my order was for. I answered with my name and explained I was half an hour early. They explained my order should show up shortly and they will start making it. I waited patiently, not expecting more than to be told my order was ready. They let me know when my order came in, and that they were making it. When it was ready at 3:30, they let me know and handed me 2 hot, beautifully made, delicious pizzas. Great service and great pizzas. That’s why I’ll be back for more.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I called to speak with someone and he said “ I cut it myself and it was not burnt out” and hung up on me. This is soooo terrible. Alex was nice enough to help me when I got there but the other staff are horrible

My roommate got us a pepperoni pizza and only 1 slice of my half actually looked like a traditional pie, the other 2 and a half slices had only seasoning and bread. No sauce, cheese or pepperoni, pretty subpar if you ask me.

I should have read the reviews first. Our food was all over the place. The pizzas were ok, not well cut. The chickens were all burnt and one of them so burnt I laughed. I can’t believe it was put in the box that way. My buffalo chicken was mostly cheese and ranch. The chicken was cut into half chunks making it half the actual food amount for the full price.
At this point, we’ll just turn to frozen pizza. Every Domino’s around the area has been an utter disappointment and not worth the price.

Got the $9.99 unlimited toppings deal, the thing says I saved $23 dollars. If I had paid $33 for what I got, I’d have been pissed! There was only like 6 maybe 7 mushrooms, slightly more than that with the slivers of green peppers, Philly steak on only 2 slices (3 if I’m being generous), and what was there was mostly fatty meat. The bacon was just dropped in a pile and then spread out. I guess ya get what you pay for!

I usually love the thick & chewy handmade pan pizzas, but tonight’s dough was very undercooked (not just a little). I had to scrape all the toppings off each piece & microwave it. (Obviously, it didn’t turn out very good, but I didn’t have access to an oven.) Also, nearly half of one pizza had no toppings at all, and they forgot the mushrooms, altogether (on both pizzas.) I ordered pizza to make things easier during a stressful time, but it just ended up causing more frustration. Big disappointment!
Tonight’s experience only deserved 1 star, but the food has been good in the past, so I gave 3.

Not entirely sure how these garlic knots passed the quality control check. For $10 a pop along with delivery and service fees, in addition to a tip, and the other pizza (of which was burnt), I’m not entirely sure it was worth it. I feel like Domino’s owes me a refund. This location either needs to train their staff or hire competent staff that have the ability and integrity to produce average-quality food at the very least. Yeah the world is burning but if I pay for a product that isn’t as advertised and is inedible, I feel like I deserve a refund.

The gentlemen seen us walk in and didn’t say anything until we stood at the counter and asked “if we were picking up an order” our response was “no, we would like to make an order” he was quick to say in a serious and rude way “I’m not taking anymore orders” so we walked out!!

Honestly the worst dominoes experience ever. I ordered one regular and one GF pizza, even paid the extra $3. I asked that the pizza be hand delivered in order to make sure it was a GF pizza and the driver, Isabella, just left it on the floor. Once I open it of course it’s not GF. I called the store to try and fix it and I was on hold for 57 MINUTES (yeah, i waited to prove a point of terrible service) only to have someone finally answer then hang up on me. I put in a complaint online, got an order number, and almost a week later NO CONTACT in return. Last time I’ll get dominoes any other pizza is better than here.
