Maybe it’s just our location but Each time we order the quality declines a little bit more. Here’s a picture of our hot buffalo wings, little to no sauce. Trackers were down, customer service didn’t have a clue where our order was after almost an hour. We used to really love dominoes because of the prices and deals. But it just doesn’t seem like they care as much as other pizza places in the area. Our family does pizza once a week and it used to be dominoes but with up charges to delivery and getting food clearly not cared for I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Online order, so I can’t speak much about the service, but the counter guy was nice enough. I signed up for text updates and got one for it going into oven, but none afterwards. So I didn’t know if it was ready until i went inside. Pepperoni hand tossed. Sauce was good, crust was not my personal favorite but it had a good flavor. It wasn’t cut right, so we had to tear the slices apart messing everything up. Also got the stuffed cheese bread. I didn’t like it at all. Yes the cheese was gooey, it just seemed like raw dough. The food was mostly good, it’s just the minor details that essentially don’t matter, but looking at the overall experience, I’m not as inclined to go back especially for the price of 30.00. I get a better and cheaper experience at Little Caesar’s.

Been ordering from this location for years, since it opened. Have always been able to exchange onions for another veggie, since my wife is allergic. Last night Eddie (the most incompetent and customer-unfriendly manager I have ever encountered) said they couldn’t do that and they never have. I have for years. Eddie called me a liar. The customer.
We gave it one more shot. Ordered a pan. Their site says “toppings to the edge. Even after a remake they messed it up. Eddie is a liar and the staff is incompetent. They have lost our business forever, and we are making sure corporate, regional, and the office of the CEO know it. Go to any other chain. Do not support a location that lies to its customers, cheats toppings, and refuses to do anything the right way.
Right now, businesses are fighting for customers, your dollars don’t go as far. Support a business who cares. Not Eddie who thinks you’re worthless. This location does not deserve any business.

I placed an online order for pickup tonight (1/4/25) and as me and my friend entered the establishment we were greeted with awful customer service, as we said hello to one of the workers who was making the pizzas she failed to acknowledge us and she gave us a cold look, after this me and my friend went to the location where we usually pickup online orders and we waited for 10 minutes, there was another worker who also made eye contact with us multiple times as we were waiting for our order. The order had been ready for 10 minutes before we arrived. Once again we waited around 10 minutes before I had to ask myself, if the pizza was ready. He handed us the pizza on the shelf and as we were leaving we said thank you. The guy who helped us was very kind but the lady who we greeted as we entered once again looked at us and scoffed

Our address is Tigard however cross very quickly over Bull Mountain and you are at SW Barrows Road, Big Al’s, Progress Lake, and Progress Ridge TownSquare.
All of which have Beaverton addresses.
We have ordered many many times from them. The delivery is ALWAYS fast, friendly, fresh, and hot!
My wife and I love the Brooklyn-style pizza, adding pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms. Our kids love the Hawaiian Pizza, but they substitute pepperoni for the ham.
The pizzas are consistently excellent.
