Chris the manager at this location is rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. She should not be a manager at any store for she fails in…managing!
Placed online $140 order with discount. Their app said order was declined, so I placed a new order.
Chris said she didn’t get that notice so they made duplicate orders…well I certainly didn’t need 2 large orders…she blamed me for not calling in advance to cancel the duplicate order. I told her what happened, that I was notified on their app that the original order was declined.
Well she said I cost her store $140 of pizzas that are going straight into the trash!
I asked her, didn’t she think that was unusual for duplicate orders of that size, and she could’ve initiated a call to me? She said duplicate orders are common, so she didn’t even think of calling. I asked of that size?? She said all the time. I asked how many on that particular day were duplicate orders were there? She said four…which I call bs.
All this in a rude tone.
When I told her that’s unprofessional for a manager to handle this issue as she did, she went off. So I asked for her name which she willingly gave, and in fact, spelled it out for me…probably knowing corporate isn’t going to do anything about her unprofessionalism and rudeness, and to date, she was right.
I purchase large orders for my clients staff every month…so she lost more than 7 pies that day, she lost more future business from me…going back to Papa Johns Pizza!

My personal favorite for decades has always been the Hawaiian however, their Memphis BBQ Chicken Pizza is super delicious with juicy BBQ chicken pieces in a tangy sweet BBQ sauce with lots of red onions slivers. The pastas are decent and the boneless chicken tends to be a little dry. I like the molten chocolate cake, a little dry so it helps if you have ice cream at home & their Marbled Cookie Brownie is Chewy and Yummy!

Tried their gluten free crust pizza because I found out I need a gluten free diet. It was delicious. Even better than my normal hand tossed Hawaiian I usually have. The crust is thin but chewy which I love. I do have to point out however, that although I saw this featured on the local news as gluten free, they failed to mention that the Dominos Pizza website warns that it is a risk you will take because there is no guarantee of cross contamination because of the other regular pizzas being made there. For People suffering from celiac disease, this would not work. For Dominos, it’s a step in the right direction, so I hope soon they can state they are 100% gluten free in the near future because the pizza was delicious and people suffering from celiac would have some joy. My husband loved the pan pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms & the cheddar bacon loaded tots.

Domino’s gets packed. Dudes be buying pizza all the time. The dude who works at the counter has a short fuse so be prepared to answer questions quickly. There is no time for hesitation. You gotta be in and out and stop bothering people who work at that fine institution. Know your order number, answer the questions and get out.
Parking lot gets crowded so bike or walk. Nobody has time for anything nowadays. Society needs to get the pizza and get fat. There is no time to finding parking in a small parking lot.

Pleasantly surprised. I ordered $44 worth of food and all of it was correct and delicious. The wings had sauce and not just a lil and the stuff cheese bread with pepperoni was perfect. I usually off base because, local economy, but now i like this location

The lingering question would be so whose job is it to hold workers accountable if not the assistant manager on duty? Kaley also mentioned a higher position employee would be available to speak with tomorrow but the audacity of such inconvenience is mind-blowing

My family’s recent delivery experience with female driver named Welaine from Domino’s Pizza on Schofield Barracks was disappointing. When I opened the door and took the pizzas from her hand, she was smiling politely, however, her demeanor changed abruptly when I signed for the order without leaving a tip. She snatched the pen in a rude manner, said “keep the receipt” and quickly speedwalked away. What’s more concerning is that the order was incomplete, missing several items. Given the contrast in her behavior from arrival to departure, it’s concerning to think that the missing items might have been deliberate…an oversight due to her haste or frustration. I hope Domino’s manager Kylie, whom I spoke with over the phone regarding this matter, looks into this and takes steps to ensure customers receive their complete orders and are treated with respect. Additionally, it would be beneficial for delivery drivers to be reminded that maintaining a positive and professional demeanor is crucial, regardless of the tip. Tipping is a choice, not a requirement. Delivery drivers signed up for this job so they need to understand that customers are not obligated to tip unless we choose to. I hope this feedback helps improve the service.

Ordered delivery, had to pickup or wait another hour that be a total of 2 hours n 45 minutes. My food was sitting there getting cold. Tell me how my pick up total was the same price as order with delivery fee. Because the manager canceled my coupon plus my free pizza reward. N didn’t even refund the reward to the account. Top it off she acted like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to pick up my cold pizza instead of having to wait for it to be delivered.
