I ordered online for pizza with chicken and tomatoes and paid for extra sauce, spinach and garlic plus a small tip even if I did in store pick up. I guess I didn’t realize that their “normal” amount for toppings is my “minimal,” so when I paid for extra, I got barely “normal,” in my opinion. Only a few pieces of spinach and only on one slice I could see and taste garlic. It’s too bad their pizza toppings aren’t quite up to par because the pizza was tasty and the workers are very friendly and efficient and my order was ready pretty quickly. Another issue that we’ve had when ordering the gluten free crust was that sometimes it would be overcooked, causing it to look more burnt and harder to bite into. I’ve noticed this several times before. Not sure if the lack of gluten causes it to bake and burn faster.

I don’t think Domino’s has the tastiest pizza or the best price, but everything else makes up for it. Their pizza box is well designed, the interior of the restaurant is unique and well-kept, and their website is intuitive. Their pizza is good, their prices are reasonable, and the only real downside I can mention is that the dine-in area of the restaurant is on the small side.

We called the store 4 times and nobody answered which was crazy so we went to the store just to find it empty. The phone in the store and to our surprise nobody picked it up I was so shocked. And the cashier didn’t know how to work the computer and she was so slow to give me my change. And this one girl who was the making pizza’s she wasn’t wearing shoes, she was in socks which is a huge safety problem what if she were to slip? Dominoes do better Unbelievable.

Picked up a pizza for my daughter tonight. Had to drive back because the cashier forgot to give me the dipping sauce. To be fair, it was totally my fault for not second guessing such a complicated order. The cashier absolutely did not give a rip about her mistake. Everyone in the place was more focused on cleaning up and folding boxes after the rush than caring for customers. Sign of the times. Meh.

Normally it’s great service, but this time around is very disappointing. Makes me wanna never order again. The system is saying my pizzas were delivered, mind you i have full details in my note for the driver. Never got the pizza, then the pizza guy shows up 15 mins later with the pizza boxes all smashed up and out of breath. Then to top it all the pizzas were completely wrong. Like toppings were not even what we order or even close. The time tracker on how busy the store is is saying it’s not bust at all for a Sunday at 8pm. Sad, sad, sad. Guess we’re going back to pizza hut.
