Have been ordering here since 2010 or so. It has progressively gotten worse in terms of quality and service.
Ordered A mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms. Checked it to see that it looked like “light” mushrooms was ordered. Asked for a remake and below is the picture of the remake.
It also was not well done to square sliced like I ordered for both the original and remake.
Total price was nearly $11 for a single 2 topping medium with a deal added on. I recommend any other pizza place unless you don’t care for topping quality/service.
Little Caesars has a large for $10 and you do need to order extra to get more topping than ordering extra toppings from dominos.

I live 2 minutes from the store and the delivery driver left the store at 5:02 and I didn’t get my food until 5:26. Once I got my food the box is smashed in and the pizza is stuck to the top of the box and my food is cold. Also the coupons I used did not match the price i paid. They over charge you, take way to long to deliver your food, and they deliver it smashed and cold.

Left a bad review two years ago, tonight it was completely different. Both pizzas and 2 sides were perfectly cooked and tasted great, different staff is definitely doing better than the previous. All the pizza is hot and fresh and the sides too, for 11pm that’s pretty good. Will be going back now.

Last night I placed an order online a few minutes before midnight and then exactly at midnight after the online app told me that Jill was making my order then I received an email saying they canceled my order I have been trying to call up to the store for 2 days and nobody wants or the phone terrible customer service and they took my points for that order and they are not in my account yet and I have to wait two to five business days to get my money back on my card which is such an inconvenience due to this store being lazy and not wanting to make my order sad thing is if Jill would have just made my order and sent it or delivered it They would have been a pretty good tip involved This location needs to step up maybe the manager or supervisors here need to train either themselves or the workers below them to have better customer service skills because that was not professional at all in the email that they sent me it says to call the store if I have any questions yet my questions have not been answered and it is day two They don’t answer the phone I believe the past few times I have called let alone not answering the phone They are picking it up and hanging it up on me so they don’t have to hear it ring terrible service I have spent lots of money here and have ordered many nights of pizza from this store and I will not be doing it anymore I will be taking my business elsewhere and also telling all of my neighbors and followers online to do the same thing It’s such a shame because they do make good pizza but I would gladly spend my money elsewhere since the customer service is terrible!!!!!

Wish I had taken a picture to show how bad this pizza was, but as Kevin Malone would say, the pizza we recieved was hot circles of garbage. We drove further to this one because the one in Roseville is awful and this one wasn’t much better. We ordered one pizza to have half cheese and half sausage and pineapple. One and a half pieces had nothing, not even cheese; just a piece of crust, which by the way is not good so they were unedible as they had no cheese to mask the awful flavor. Just not good pizza at all. I’m still craving pizza and will need to go to Little Caesars.

Ordered jalapeño bread, after inhaling this thing, it gave me the shits. Usually I can handle old cheese but this made run to the toilet, felt like explosions flying projectiles splashing material hit the water and returning to my cheeks.

So much for the Quality Check. A cheese pizza being delivered this way is a complete crime on humanity. It was my grandsons birthday and his favorite is cheese pizza. Ordered just for him.

I ordered a veggie pizza from this location, but when I got home and started eating it, I realized it had meat on it. This is extremely upsetting, especially for someone who does not eat meat. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered. I also contacted customer service but received no help. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

We’re loyai customers. We usually order at least once a week. Tonight we placed a $50+order for delivery. They delivered to the wrong house. They said call back in 10 minutes. They resent our order. When we received our pepperoni pizza, it was covered in pepperonchines. We took it back. They replaced the pizza. When we got it home we realized it was raw. Uneatable. It’s time to take our money somewhere else.

This Domino’s has great pizza! We didn’t order from Domino’s for a long time due to their pizza only being so-so. Whatever they did, keep it up! It’s some of the best pizza in Antelope, imo.
