Female rude and refused to come directly to me to explain my concern. Also, other employee after giving me part of my change as they didn’t know how to give me 11 cents. Then was touching foods with same hands after giving me the dollars. NO gloves for either. Topping there was a person painting walls while store was open.

This location should be shut down!! The new employees and management should be reported!! Horrible customer service. Terrible pizzas. They refuse to make the food way we requested. Simple things like putting extra garlic oil on the crust was a No, even though we were willing to pay for the extra cost. Pizza was uncooked and soggy in the middle and burnt around crust. Not to mention cold. When we asked for them to remake the pizza, management had terrible attitude and our refund took almost a week because we ordered online. We have been customers of this location over 5 yrs. Never again!! ****2nd review -I went back again and ordered 2 medium pizzas… I ordered both with garlic oil crust and clearly only 1 has the garlic oil on it.

Ordered online and this is the location it chooses based on my location. Finally got my order delivered almost 2hrs after ordering. (Ordered at 4:11pm, arrived at 5:50pm) I ordered 2 pizzas – chicken with pineapple and sausage with ham. I got the chicken pizza and a COLD cheese pizza. I also wanted to try the loaded tots. They were the saddest thing I have ever seen. Half the tray was burnt melted cheese and other half was crunchy burnt tots. I understand if it was a busy Sunday night, but what employee and especially manager let’s food go out that looks the way the tots did?? I will not be trying Domino’s again. Back to Little Caesars or Pizza Hut I guess.

I have ordered from this same restaurant twice in one week. Yea, I gave them a 2nd shot. 1st delivery was basically cold, had to microwave it to heat it up. 2nd was last night where I ordered and asked for NO Onions. It felt like I received Extra Onions. It was gross. I called and asked for a refund I stead of trying to get a 20% discount on a 3rd pizza. They refused. I called in morning, requesting the General manager who they assured me would give me a refund of my $24. They have yet to contact me. I called the store tonight spoke to the same lady and she refused. Feels like the GM is now ducking my calls. Everyone has a boss, Domino’s…. Im calling Franchisee owner next. Its in your interest to help me Dominos, call me.

I’m really disappointed with Dominoes pizza, I ordered garlic twist but they gave me cinnamon twist instead. I tried using the app, to receive 20% off my next order but I got a message that something went wrong and to try again later. I tried to call, but they kept hanging up on me. I’ve never had a problem in the past contacting Dominoes when my order was wrong.
I need to find another location to order from, do I need to contact the corporate office to make my complaint since no one wants to answer my call to your store.

We ordered while they were training new staff and one of our pizzas was made wrong. No big deal. They replaced it, so I ordered an additional pizza ☺️ very good customer service from the store manager and staff.

The driver delivered to my backyard fence and left it on the cold wet ground. He claimed he rang the door bell but there is no door since it is a fence. Called the store and they treated me like I’m an idiot for not telling the driver in the instructions to deliver to my door and not to my backyard fence. They were extremely rude and argumentative.

I ordered stuffed cheesy bread with jalapeño and a create your own with garlic sauce chicken spinach and two other meats. The The driver marked my order complete before they even dropped it off and to top it off my order was wrong they gave me two pepperoni pizzas that were cold mite i add. And instead of offering a full refund and a replacement they asked me do I want 20% off coupon on my next order or 60 points for a free pizza. Why would I want to do either of those things when they can’t even do my order correctly the first time.
