placed a delivery order right before closing (unknowingly, my bad). heard my delivery driver (dominos employee, not doordash) say “he’s an asshole” to my neighbors ring camera, following by a few banging sounds (presumably just dropping my food. the pizza box was definitely dented from it). he then banged on my door (past midnight and I live in an apartment) and ran away down the stairs
like my bad for ordering that close to closing, i didn’t know, but super unprofessional on the delivery. it’s not my fault your system doesn’t cut off online orders 30 minutes before close. go bother corporate and not my neighbors.

The worst Dominos branch I have ever dealt with. I called to place an order for delivery. The person who took the order was super rude for no reason. The food was delivered 30 minutes after the promised time and left at the door without any notification.

I ordered last week two pizzas and a Parmesan bread bite, I ordered delivery and even tipped to the person that delivered. Upon receiving my order, the food was cold, and the pizza was hard as a rock. When I called back to the dominoes on East Monte Vista, the woman that I spoke with told me they will credit my account with my full order due to the inconvenience because I Couldn’t get a refund. She told me on the phone that I would have to call into the store to order because it would not go on my account. When I called to order the pizzas, the manager is there that I spoke with Tonya I believe her name was and one other one Tell me that they couldn’t honor it because there’s no credit on my account and I tried to explain to them. The lady that I spoke with said it wouldn’t be on my account that I would have to call in. They are very rude and they don’t honor their word.

Add this one to the Domino’s food poisoning list. It was $20-30 per person, because I got myself three items. I chose the wrong wrong to eat first…chicken pasta. Barely got it down all the way and immediate fever sweats for 24 hours. Now I have a wasted pizza and tots as well…still RECOVERING as the rest of my food (without chicken) goes bad I the bridge. Bent over for $30 and the pasta amount was half what it used to be.

Have ordered here a few times while husband is in town for work. They mostly just forget your dipping sauce you paid for or give you sauce you didn’t ask for and the pizza is cool. But tonight, just now, I ordered a pizza for delivery and it looks so sloppy and rushed. I don’t even want to eat it. Safe to say this is my last order. But hey at least I got my sauce this time.

This place is garbage they didn’t even try to call me when they got to my address they left the pizza on the ground when I opened the box there was roaches in my pie. Then they said they couldn’t refund me my money cause the pie had been delivered, but to the wrong address these people can get bent.

I am very partial to Dominoes, and I rarely eat any other pizza for a couple of reasons. The first being, more bang for your buck. Their prices and deals are the best around, and the pizza is really quite good. I ended up buying a pizza from ‘Pizza Guy’s’ late one night, because Dominoes was a bit too far to drive. Needless to say, I over paid for an undersized and unimpressive pizza. I regretted not driving out of my way for Dominoes…
This one is pretty darn good! No complaints really, they pay attention to your order. I will continue to keep this location my go to for pizza!

I ordered cheesy bread $7.99, med pizza $7.99 and 2 GARLIC DIPPING SAUCES .99 each. Paid 5.99 delivery and tipped the highlighted amount $4.05. My food came without the dipping sauces, didn’t realize they weren’t in the box and called store minutes after driver left. They stated driver would have to come back and I agreed bc I paid for it. I was never notified that my GARLIC DIPPING SAUCE was apparently delivered on the ground in my driveway, found sometime later while taking out garbage.

I ordered through UberEats and my order was never received. After confirming with UberEats that my address was correct we called the location and found that the apartment number was cut off. They delivered to the wrong place. I spoke to “one of the managers” and was told they will remake my food and send it out. An hour later I call back since I still have not received my order, and this time I speak with the general manager who tells me I was “misinformed” and they can not send out a reorder unless it is through UberEats and there was “noting they could do for me” After explaining that I understand that they have a policy, but the fact that I was told to expect food and waited for an hour was unacceptable and that something needed to be done, I was again told nothing could be done for me. I never right reviews, and I don’t believe I asked for anything unreasonable. If they wanted to help they could have, they just didn’t want to be accommodating. I will never order form this location, and hope nobody else has to deal with what I did.
