They delivered my food to someone else, left it on their doorstep, when I called to tell them I wasn’t eating food left on someone else’s porch she said ok I’ll have the driver come back and he never showed up. Now they won’t contact me back to even try to make it right. Horrible customer service. I lost $40 and dinner due to their incompetence. I used to order from here a couple times a week. Won’t be doing that ever again.

I order pizzas down the street to my work often, I will not take up the matter that they are almost always late, and I am offered “we messed up, here’s 30% off your next order” coupons in exchange. I’m here to bring up last night, somebody else took my pizza from the driver, and the app said it was delivered. I called the store and was constantly hung up on, thrown in circles of identity verification, and when I persisted, the manager said she would have her “brother” the delivery driver, call me. An hour passed, I called the store back to see if I was still expecting a call. She said not to worry, soon. Another half hour passed, the store was closing in an hour so I called again, and she picked up for just a moment before placing the phone on the prerecorded “Sorry! The store is closed!”
I know this because I called from my girlfriends phone next, and she picked up right away. After stating who I was, and giving her the benefit of the doubt by saying she might have just forgotten about the mistake, she rerouted me to “customer service”. Once I started asking questions, the man on the other line stopped me, completely confused. It was another Dominos in PENNSYLVANIA. They will still not acknowledge calls from my phone, and are refusing to accept responsibility for what happened.
I ordered from them all the time, the driver should know what I look like. And if not, im entitled to a refund or SOMETHING if he lost my $27 product.
The Pennsylvania Dominos fella was convinced they were just trying to avoid facing it, and they’re playing games on purpose to get me to throw my hands up and say “screw it”. He also advised I report the store to corporate, so that’s what I’ll be doing.
DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND. THEY ARE LIARS.

I do not eat dairy and order my pizza without cheese. They make a delicious non dairy veggie pizza on thin crust here. It is very good and healthy. They are also very quick.

This location constantly has terrible service and mediocre pizza. Ordered two pizzas for delivery at 545, by 6pm they still had not shown up but by the tracker it said they were delivered somewhere miles from where I was. I called to figure out what was going on and got hung up on twice then put on hold for 8 minutes only to be told to be more patient and that it was almost there. It finally showed up at 619 and was cold. So frustrating all the way around.

They often give me the wrong order. On my last visit, I ordered 2 Handmade pizzas but got 2 thin crusts instead. Emailed customer service but got no reply. I understand it’s a hectic job but please doublecheck the orders before giving them out. I’m a regular here.
