Well,you see…… Whenever I eat here I am so darn hungry that it always eat half a pizza in the first 15 mins and it always tastes Amaaaaazzzzziiinng! There are always coupons and deals that make me feel a little on the smart side because Im not Too cool to opt for a more affordable pizza. I like all their crust styles and the dippity doo sauces are pretty yum too!

I had placed a delivery order last week. I had ordered two pizzas, two orders of wings and Parmesan bites. I ordered it at like 6:04 p.m. and my order never came until 7:40 p.m. I never got a text message that it was going to be late or anything of that nature. Every time I called the store the so-called manager would say oh call back in an hour call the next day. Oh, I’m sorry call back in 20 minutes. So finally I just got off the phone with him and he doesn’t want to duplicate my order. He just wants to give me one large pizza or two medium pizzas. I said well how fair is that my whole entire order was late and cold he’s like. Oh I’m sorry that’s all I can do so needless to say I will no longer be giving Domino’s any of my business. Horrible customer service

I don’t know how you can DESTROY ALL THREE PIZZAS…. they were ALL made WRONG all of them, we got NOTHING we ordered on top of that they cut the pizzas lopsided or not at all.
All three pizzas toppings weren’t even NEAR what we ordered. I ordered No red sauce… I see red sauce, i order sausage nope no sausage, but i have tomatoes??? I’m so confused. I can’t even believe this place is even opened. I never order from dominos… because the pizzas aren’t the greatest but this location ? is just plain disrespectful. I’m so angry with what we got I don’t even know what to do with these nasty pizzas we received. My kids ate them because they’re kids. We tried complaining online but it said “error” multiple times. DONT GO HERE EVEN IF THEY HAVE A DEAL. TRASH, TRASH, TRASH.
GO TO OTP! (Old Town pizza) they are pricier but WORTH the money you spend because they actually care about your order.

Atrocious customer service. Rude and argumentative staff that barely speak English. They left a pizza delivered open on my porch and when asked if they seal their boxes closed with stickers or whether they close the boxes upon delivery they said yes and when I asked if they could rectify this as the pizza appeared tampered with, they told me to call back and hung up. I called back and gave the phone to someone else and told me the last person didn’t know what they were talking about and that they don’t seal the boxes but the box should still be closed. He advised me to call other stores in the area and then hung up on me. Save you time and money and go elsewhere.

You can’t just rely on the good name of a place of business. Although Domino’s pizza is iconic, you still have to gauge their performance on the team. Well, I must report that the team at the Lincoln store have set the bar high. I ate my meal inside and witnessed the team operate like a well oiled machine. They communicated well with each other, they were respectful, they were happy! I was impressed how they handled customers both on the phone and in person. They even resolved a customer complaint with a smile and they made the client feel heard and respected! There are plenty of places to get pizza these days but few places that treat customers and employees like they are important. That being said, the pizza was delicious, hot and more than expected! I will be getting my pizza from Domino’s in Lincoln from now on! Excellent job team!

Service has gone downhill massively recently. Consistently getting wrong orders. When asking them to correct the order they argue. They cannot understand when stating the name on the order. It’s very disappointing, they used to be very friendly but it seems the entire staff is new and unaware.

I would also give them a zero if I could. Come here often the girls used to be nice which is why I come back good service or not. However I’m pretty sure management changed as it’s all new people in the store who don’t know what they’re doing. Couple weeks ago I went in for my order I should have had $3 and some change handed back to me and the manager said oh we don’t have changing give you ranch instead. 1 I didn’t want there nasty ranch and 2 how do you not have change. A warning before I handed over my cash would have been nice so I could have decided if I wanted a $1 ranch instead of my $3 in change. Today he did the same thing it was only a quarter but still he tried to keep it handed me my receipt said ok bye no thank you or nothing. So I stood there and he kept staring at me so I’m staring back and he finally huffs opens the cash register and gave me my change. Since this wasn’t the first time it’s happened I’m assuming it’s something they do to try and get extra money. Literally will never come back the pizza isn’t even good I just came for easy dinner. But I could pay the same price at little ceasers for way better service and actually get my change back. I could go on about this place but I’ll leave it at this. Don’t order from this place it is nasty and every single time I come my order is wrong, not sliced, or here’s a good one, no toppings. Yes no joke got home to literally just freaking bread. Place is a joke.
